The owner is a very kind person, tried to please us. located far from Paris, but for the money a very good option. Due to the riots, there were restrictions on public transport on the weekends, but on Monday, when we were already checking out, we learned that there was a metro station near the hotel, but it did not work due to the riots. it was very convenient to keep in touch with the owner, because he had whatsapp. I recommend all hotels to have a WhatsApp on the contact number
