The flat is very cosy and stylish and has a huge shared kitchen. Location is central and close to a bunch of great restaurants. The owner is a very nice and accommodating lady who was happy to show us around and transport us to the south, to our next stop. If there is an issue at any point, she's eager to help find a fast solution. :)

very good value for this price. the apartment has a bedroom with a large and comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom, there is enough space and wardrobes in the apartment to fit and unpack freely. a huge plus is the private parking, in the capital it's hard to park.
the garden with sun loungers and a high fence provides a super private rest.

Very large apartment with 2 bathrooms in the centre. Parking place is provided in a garage at level minus 4. You need a browser on your smartphone to open the door. Chipcard to the garage is in the apartment. Parking on the street is very difficult.
Good choice for some days to visit Santa Cruz but not recommended to use it base visiting entire island.

It is a nice apartment in Santa Cruz, we appreciate it has air conditioning, a bidet, an equipped kitchen, and an amazing terrace which we use every evening. It is not so close to the city, but it is not a problem if you like walking like us but the tram station is nearby. A great bonus is a private parking place for an extra charge (not easy to park in Santa Cruz)
