The host was very friendly and helpful, she was waiting for me until the late evening, she even left me to stay a while longer than the official check out time. I also got keys of the room door in the apartment, which is not always the case. The room was small but I felt comfortable there and found everything I needed. There is also private bathroom exclusive for the room one door further, which is great. The place is located in the very centre of Santa Cruz. Next time in Santa Cruz I'll definitely consider this accommodation.

Beautiful and comfortable rooms that are thoughtfully designed. Great location in central Santa Cruz and really kind and helpful owner. She made some recommendations of restaurants that were great and allowed us to leave our bags the following day until we left Santa Cruz. We only stayed one night but it was very pleasant.

It was my solo trip and first time in Tenerife Island. I was finding a room in Santa Cruz, and I was lucky to find Niko room. The room condition was very nice(especially i loved the interior and the fact it has television), the location is very center in Santa Cruz. Plus, Niko room is very recommendable for solo travelers like me. I stayed for 4 days, and the first night, I was welcomed by Marta in person. Then on that evening I was invited to dinner with others who were at Niko room. It was very nice to meet others from all around the world. I am very glad that I could spend some time with them at the kitchen or outside of Niko room. During 4 days in Tenerife, with people in Niko room it became more fulfilling and enjoyable trip than I expected. It was lovely time at Niko room. <3

The interior of the place is one of a kind - super cozy place. I almost didn't want to go out at night because the rooms are so comfortable. Martha is a true Santa Cruz local, knows everyone in the city and has amazing stories to tell. Kitchen is great to prepare a meal, sit and eat and the place to mingle with other travellers.

Highly recommend! Marta is a really sweeat, warm-hearted host that ends up being your friend ❤️ The rooms are nicely decorated, the mattresses and pillows are high quality for a good sleep. The kitchen is pretty fancy, one can have a glass of wine, coffee, small breakfast and make friends, or take solitude in the room (with a private bathroom).
