Fantastic apartment in a wonderful location looking out on the little bridge that appears in all photos of Potes. Easy check in, excellent communication. Couldn't fault it in any way. In fact, we liked it so much, we returned for a 2nd visit later in our trip. Another amazing apartment, well stocked, spotlessly clean and with great views.

The house has been really nicely renovated, with modern touches which compliment the old structure (15th century, apparently!). The result is a really cosy place to stay.
The house was spotless and well-equipped, ideal for a self-catering holiday, though there are plenty of decent places in town to eat for breakfast, lunch & dinner.
The location is ideal too - right in the centre of Potes. Views from the bedroom windows are great.
My son & his girlfriend confirm the bed was very comfortable. I can vouch that the the sofa bed (room for one large adult) made for an excellent night's sleep too.
Located on the edge of the Picos de Europa National Park, La Bárcena is surrounded by gardens and features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a spa and a barbecue area.

A lovely little apartment in Espinama, just off the main road. Check-in was in the Hotel (blue building) and parking provided down the narrow lane and around the back of the red building/apartments. Lovely and quiet. A few options for eating out. But such a wonderful location. Espinama and most particularly the Picos de Europa - one of the most beautiful places I've seen in Spain. And Spain is obviously abundant with amazing places! :-)

The location was incredible! We loved the view and the outdoor terrace. It was about 15-20 minutes from Potes, so easy to access restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Our host was really nice and when she met us with the keys she was kind enough to give us local restaurant recommendations.

Lovely, friendly welcome. Fabulous well thought out and beautifully renovated apartment on the top floor with so much space and wonderful views. Absolutely spotlessly clean throughout. Kitchen facilities and equipment provided were great. Comfy beds and a great shower. It was a pleasure to stay there.
We received great advice on eating out, hiking, useful Apps, etc., and we loved the 3D map! The location is ideal with some outstanding scenery on your doorstep easily reached by car or on foot. Thank you so much for your very kind hospitality.
The appartment felt quite cozy with good bed, a small kitchen and a bathroom with good shower. We also very much liked the common garden which is across the street and very well kept. There is even a small river behind where you may step into the cold water to cool your legs.
The size of the apartment was great! and the size of the kitchen! Excellent! Quiet area! Washing machine. good parking spot. a lot of place for our things.
