Loved the location as it was right by the beach. There weree some cafes around the corner. Very convenient to grab a taxi to go to the city center.

Everything was spotless. The location was brilliant - 3 min walk to the beach. The swimming pool was crowded but if you choose times wisely you could have a proper swim (straight after opening, after afternoon break and around 20:30 till closing). Very nice restaurants around, especially tres14 - beautiful starters, main courses and desserts. Perfect spot to relax as a family but plenty to do for a single person as well ( plenty of gyms and fitness centers around). The apartment was very well equipped. Sound proof windows and a huge balcony sliding door were very helpful when there was a music festival on the beach. I would highly recommend that place and will definitely come back in the future.

The location is fabulous and the host thinks of everything, even free lockers for your luggage storage on the day of departure. Also whilst it says there is one bathroom it is a shower and sink then a separate toilet and sink, which is very useful. The host is very friendly and responds instantly and the taxi he recommends is also very good and reliable. I would stay here again for certain, overall excellent value!!

The apartment is new and very clean. It is situated within walking distance of downtown Valencia. We found free parking close by on an adjacent street. Our host Alex was very helpful.
