This family run place is located in a guarded gate community. Its location is close to the city center and a newly and pleasant developed shopping center. The room is clean and the bed is firm. We were impressed that the gentleman took us to the airport around 1:40am as promised very prompt.

Patricia was absolutely wonderful, very welcoming & friendly. The room itself was beautiful, with a large, comfortable bed, TV & huge bathroom that even had a hot tub! I had to leave at 6 am for an early flight, but Patricia still cooked me breakfast & then drove me to the airport. I would totally recommend Alexander B&B, for its proximity to the airport, reasonable price, comfort & most of all Patricia, who is a gem.

Very clean. The owner/operater is a very nice lady and makes a delicious breakfast. Comfortable beds and large bathrooms. Property is located in a quiet area. Only 15 minutes from the airport. Thank you for the wonderful time here. Looking forward to my next visit.

The location near the international airport in San Jose was very close, 10 minute taxi ride. The room was very nice with a comfortable big bed, very spacious, & good bathroom with hot water in shower..important to me! My host, Guisselle, was wonderful. She is very welcoming and helpful. She made me a great breakfast in the morning, and we ended up talking for a long time, and I learned a lot from her about Costa Rica & where I might want to buy a house one day.
