Kutuma Hotel staff were more than helpful in aiding us in getting to the hotel itself from the airport with good advice on transportation services. They were also extremely helpful in waiting for us upon our arrival and getting our bags to our rooms. The service that we received at this hotel was far superior to many of the high end, more expensive hotels that we have experienced in the past. On top of all of this, the staff were remarkably friendly with greetings or attending to any needs. For the hotel itself, everything was comfortable, clean and in excellent working order. The Blue Nile (on-site hotel) has great food that is reasonably priced for the quantity that you get.
