Everything was great . Just that the toilet was kind of cold with no heater.
The fridge smells bad , but every corner of the room is clean and free from dust.

I loved everything ! Richard and Evie are some of the most accommodating people I have ever met. They greeted me on arrival when they saw me coming down the driveway, straight away checked me in and recommended to me all the best places to eat, things to do and see this time of year. Every time I saw them on the property they were kind and checked in to see if I needed anything without being too noisy. The room was amazing, I loved how the doors opened up to the terrace and the short walk to the beach was beautiful. The breakfast the next morning was also absolutely delicious, with the fireplace and welcoming feel on a cold and wet Sunday morning, it was perfect. I have nothing bad to say about this stay/property/owners and I have already booked to stay again for a longer amount of time later this year.

I stayed in one of the new studio cabins.
I stayed in one of the new studio cabins. It was really well set out and had everything that I needed, along with beautiful crisp white sheets and fluffy towels. It was a very pleasant stay and the hotel staff were all helpful and friendly. It’s also in a very good position right on the beach and a short walk to Cowes township.
Definitely worth a visit!

Cowes is a live town not just a tourist town with everything you need easily accessible. Lovely locals, lots of options, interesting and nature all around. Easy, short drive to Penguin parade and multiple beaches. Very clean, safe and picturesque, a great location from which to discover the island's many attractions.

Stayed at North Pier Hotel .
Stayed at North Pier Hotel . We booked family room which comes with an outdoor patio. Great location. Within walking distance to family friendly beach and restaurants. We had the best lamb curry in Chocolate Factory cafe. Not spicy, lamb was tender, suitable for kids. Love the fish and chips!! We purchased bundle pass which comes with Penguin Parade, Churchil Island (picnic area, picturesque view, Highlander cow), Koala Conservation (spotted lots of koala on the trees while walking on boardwalk). Highly recommended these places of interest.

I am sending these 2 photos as on the screen shot you see I paid for a studio with patio and balcony and all I got was this pod for $500 per night.
They lied about what my accommodation was to you.
Probably because they had a big group staying as well they decided to shove me down in a "trades pod".
Unacceptable! They need to give me a refund and booking.com can't trust them in the future!
Thanks Kerry
Brilliant for families, basic room had stove, kettle, toaster, teatowels, dining table and chairs, sofa, electric blankets (lovely!) and BEST thing - a powerful shower! We had room 3, directly outside was a bbq and seating, down the way a pool and playground for younger kids. Another huge bonus was a beautiful secluded beach was walking distance, as was Cowes shops and restaurants. Lady on reception was super friendly and knowledgeable about the area, all in all would definitely stay again.
Quite large and spacious - would suit a large-ish group. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms nicely appointed and the couch was quite comfortable. We arrived during a day-long power outage so there was no electricity until about 1 the next morning - luckily the host had phoned us to advise that the power was out in the whole town so we got dinner on the way.
The location would be walking distance to Cowes centre in summer but not so much on a cold and windy winter weekend.
Room was surprisingly good because the amount we paid for it was quite ideal. Had a balcony (view wasn't of the beach but it was a bonus). Tv was a decent size and connected to the wifi for subscription streaming. Mini fridge was good. The spa bath was amazing that we used it both nights! Walk to the beach was 60 seconds.. 60 seconds. Close to the main strip of Cowes by foot. We'll be back.
Beautiful townhouse in a fantastic location. So close to the main street, it was so easy to walk down there as well as to the beach. The townhouse itself was lovely, modern and very clean with lots of natural light. Master suite was so inviting! Good amount of room for the kids to play as well, so it really was ideal and we will definitely stay again next time we head to Phillip Island.
Good location in a quiet street. Less than 5 mins drive to the beach and to the Cowes town centre.
The house was big, enough to fit 2 families.
3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, and a separate laundry room.
Spacious living area, front, and backyard.
Parking can fit 2 to 4 cars.
Dog friendly property.
Stocked with games and a games room with a pool table and foosball for kids.
Location is a bit far from beach and shops but house size, amenities and cleanliness made up for it. Have stayed at places in Cowes that weren't as good as this house. You can walk to stuff but takes too long if you have small kids or need to bring back heavy items from shops.
Great to stay in Phillip Island with the family. Very close to the main strip in Cowes and a short drive from everything in the island. The spa is a plus and the covered garage was very close to the lifts. Great communication with the host, would recommend it.
Close to beach, walking distance to main st of Cowes. Super friendly staff, especially Anne who was so kind to let us check in early as we had a wedding to attend. Lovely comfortable beds, room had everything we needed for an overnight stay.
House was a beautiful place to stay, clean and lots of space. Very near to everything we wanted to do on Phillip Island. Would recommend this place for anyone to stay.
Had everything we needed, and even had things for the kids to play with.
House is within walking distance to Cowes, and the beach. Kids loved the pool and it’s nice that it’s only communal with about 4 other properties. Good size rooms and separate area for kids to watch TV
The venue was clean tidy and well appointed. The guide book on the property was perfect.
Everything was great and I highly recommend the property on its own, let alone the fact it is close to Cowes
It was nice to be closer with nature and animals. The room was very nice and clean. My kids enjoyed facilities (playground, kart...) in hotel. The restaurant food was alao nice.
Location good: walk to Cowes not too far. Easy drive to tourist locations. House super clean and comfortable, and great set up (apart from no dishwasher!) Terrific deck
Great house for our extended family to all be together.
Two sitting areas were comfortable and large bbq and back yard. Very safe place for our dog. Well fenced.
The location was second to none. The hostess/owner was delightful and the house and gardens were beautiful. All in all a very lovely couple of days spent in Cowes.
