The hotel, located close to the downtown area, is less than a 10-min walk from the city centre, the cathedral and the Tarn river. It has its own, free parking; there's also a lounge and outdoor terrace, and at the reception you can order simple dishes. Room is relatively spacious, with tea and coffee facilities (electric kettle), wifi, a desk, two chairs, good lighting and a silent air conditioning. Our room on the parking side was quiet. Convenient location, close to exit road east to the D999. Good value for money. This was our second stay here, we would be happy to return on occasion.

Proprietor did not provide key until 2330. He did not answer my call at 1930, and did not call back. I had not heard back from him by 2000. It was getting dark so I rented another room. He sent a text at 2130, after nightfall and after I had rented another room. I called again at 2300 and was told that there was a key in a lockbox. I returned to the location and followed his instruction but there was no key in the keybox.
He was good, though, at taking my money.

We stayed here to attend the Pause Guitarre Festival and we were really surprised on how beautiful is Albi. Honestly, I did not expect anything like what we saw in the last 3 days. The centre is lovely and full of independent shops, and restaurants and cafes'.

Albi is a photographer's dream. Photo ops at every corner.
Albi is a photographer's dream. Photo ops at every corner. The evening light on the old city from the other side of the Tarn is amazing. The Cathedrale of Ste. Cecile is stunning. The Toulouse-Lautrec museum is quite large & takes several hours to appreciate.

Albi is a fascinating town with a great history. The covered market is outstanding, with fabulous shops and places of interest to visit. There are a number of small villages nearby which are interesting as well as the Toulouse-La Trec exhibition. The church is really interesting inside and worth a visit. Excellent restaurants.

What a wonderful and beautiful city.
What a wonderful and beautiful city. Not only wonderful places to visit with fascinating history but just a wonderful environment to walk around. Some beautiful places along the river. Well worth a visit
I chose the hotel because it supposedly have a free parking: The free parking was the one of the rail station on front, hotel does not have one. I chose it because it had a restaurant and I travelled 600 miles to get there, but when we arrived at the restaurant at 9,25 pm a very unpleasant woman told us with arttitude that the restaurant would close at 9,30. Who the hell close a restaurant service at 9,30 in France ?
Rooms were little, 2 small beds, no closets, bad bathroom. I really do not recommend any with normal standards to go there.
Location was good when coming by car so you don't need to drive into Albi. Free parking on site if you get there closer to 3pm - by 6pm the on site parking is full but parking at nearby post office is possible (also popular though). Good value hotel which was clean and the airco worked well. Breakfast was good and there is free tea and coffee near reception all day.
We had a superior room with terrace. Very quirky hotel. Quite delightful. Great breakfast, good spread with cheese, ham, pastries, fresh squeezed orange juice. I made a mistake in booking, didn’t book the first night I thought I had. Manager of hotel was very helpful finding us a room elsewhere in a jam packed city.
Great location for town centre and places to eat within walking distance. Off street parking a huge bonus in Albi. Very comfy sofa bed....We visited just as the weather got cold, mid November and the heating was great....space warmed up very quickly and kept warm....great water pressure in shower.
This place had a wonderful room that was clean with an updated bathroom. The best part was the location, only a few steps away from the central Place du Vigan. The hotel had parking, but there was also an underground parking facility underneath place du Vigan that was easy to use as well.
A very spacious and comfortable accommodation which occupies just over half the ground floor of a large house. Exceptionally clean and fresh. Easy walking distance from the centre of Albi with its amazing cathedral. Very tasty breakfast and Marie-France is a wonderful host.
Hidden gem in the center of Albi. The 2 stars rating does'nt do justice. It is easily a 3 stars at bargain price. Great bedrooms, delicious breakfast, very nice managers who understand the meaning of Hospitality. Thank you.
The room was comfortable, well supplied, and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was excellent. The location was close to the centre of medieval Albi and could easily be reached with a short walk.
We liked the location, just a short walk to the center of Albi. It was clean, quiet, comfortable. We liked the outdoor terrace and landscaping.
We liked that there was a kettle to make tea.
In the center of Albi lovely staff great pool, watch out for the mosquitos get som spray for by the pool.
A little dated but the price reflects that
Great stay
Air con in the room boom 💥
The hotel is recommendable to my friends, no question about it. The problem we had was to find the location of the hotel since the signs were so bad to their location!
The view from our corner room was just fantastic, probably the best in Albi. Their parking lot was in front of the hotel and even had a bit of shadowy spot.
It was convenient location just across the bridge to medieval Albi. Fell in love with the house and room. Welcome accommodation in France. Great breakfast
