Reception was quick, room was rather smaller than hoped but sufficient for one night. Breakfast was good but served by someone who clearly did not want to be there - no smile or salutation such as "good morning".

I was very surprised by this hotel on my visit and that was because the rooms and bathrooms looked recently refreshed and were lovely. The food at night was also lovely and the breakfast the following morning was very good and with everything on offer you could want to start your day.

Lovely base for exploring the area great for dog walking...
Lovely base for exploring the area great for dog walking and close to Stonehenge and Salisbury. Very quiet small hamlet no shops except Farm shop that’s isn’t open everyday. Lovely little pub opposite with delicious food at a reasonable price
The owners had lots of quirky ornaments around the hotel. It was pleasing on the eye.
the staff were super friendly all the time. our room wasn't ready but we were taken to the bar and given a complimentary drink while we waited 10 minutes. The staff interactions with all the guests was fantastic. There was a wedding party there and they couldn't do any more for them. we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Breakfast in the morning was a continental buffet and the food was lovely. plenty of choice. we would come again.
The staff was absolutely the best. Very friendly and accommodating. Lex, Shannon and Jason were delightful and extremely helpful. The breakfast was outstanding and I am now a fan of the English breakfast! The place was charming and quiet. It gave me the feel of an old style cottage in the English country side. Whenever I come to Salisbury I will be staying here. The pricing makes this place a great value and worth it for sure.
Everything was nice. The room is spatious and the bed was pretty comfortable. We had a bath tub, which was nice.
The view from the room was nice as well.
There is a nice domain in the back of the hotel which you can walk and have a nice nature experience.
The continental breakfast is pretty diverse and there were a lot of option which you could have choose from.
all in all the best overnight stay of our UK round trip, a nice hotel, great garden, huge parking place included, close to the highway, but still a quiet place. Restaurant serves well tasting dinner and breakfast. Room was clean, huge enough for our family - and last but not least the staff is open-minded, helpful and really friendly. We felt welcome!

Excellent customer service. Personal touch added to celebrate my birthday. Lovely personable management and team. Bar food wonderful, excellent portions and perfectly cooked. There was a wedding party at the hotel and we observed all the care and attention the hotel afforded to make the wedding perfect.
The hotel is in a great location, just off the A303 It has it’s own car park with plenty of spaces. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was a good size and the double bed was comfortable.
