All aspects of my stay was excellent

It´s a good option for 1 night, but truly cannot imagine spending more time, beds and bedrooms are tiny, but that goes with the mobile home. We had a problem with the boiler and had to move to another caravan, which thankfully was available. The living room and kitchenette is spacious, just bedrooms and beds are seriously tiny - was absolutely fine for one night and we kinda expected it. For the price it´s absolutely fine

Excellent location. Easy to find with good instructions. Wonderful access to tin mine ruins and sea walks. Excellent pub right nearby for dinner. The kitchen was miraculously well equipped and having a washer and a laundry tab that brought a huge smile after weeks of travel. Welcome cakes and milk was wonderful. We did find a coffee press in the cupboard.

Very smart, modern self contained units in rural setting. Fixtures/ fittings good standard. Shower excellent. Nice touches like coffee machine and fresh milk. Perfect for our stopover before visiting Scilly Islands and would be excellent for a few days in the area. Dog friendly too.

More or less every thing. With particular help from the owner when I missed the turning (my fault) who guided me back by phone and waited till I arrived.

I would absolutely recommend to anyone. Excellent stay and hosting. The property was very clean, had everything you needed, kitchen is superbly equipped, free parking available on the front, very good wi-fi and quiet neighborough. Ideal location within easy driving distance: Penzance promenade 20 mins walk or 5 mins drive, St Michael’s Mount 8 mins, Lands End, Minack Theatre, St Ives - are about 20 mins drive away. Local shop in short walk distance. We loved our stay! Nicola and Ian are amazing, very friendly and helpful. We will always be grateful to have such a caring host. Highly recommended! We will definitely visit again in the future :)
