We love the facilities and everything are well organized. The location is not that fae from Kirkwall’s center. We can reach almost everywhere by walking distance. The bus stop is even nearby with supermarkets. I’d highly recommend for a group of friends, regardless of gender. I traveled with a group of female.

The location was as described a little out of town centre but an easy walk. Breakfast was lovely. Preordered the evening before it was brought through after about 10 minutes allowing plenty time for cearal/fruit etc. Sian was very helpful recommending places to eat and visit. Facilities in room were all anyone would need. House very comfortable and welcoming. Would recommend to friends. Great value for money.

The room we were given had a feature window overlooking the firth which was lovely - we also had shared access to an eating area with a similar feature window which we enjoyed using for our breakfasts and simple dinners. Our room was large and spotless - showed great care by our host. The location proved perfect, being 8 min drive from Kirkwell but in the direction of most of our target sights.
