The staff were all very nice and considerate. We enjoyed a relaxing time in the sauna and hot tub in the evening, and the view from the terrace was beautiful.

We arrived late on our way to Chamonix. Convenient parking. The reception was open and we were greeted very friendly. The room is clean and comfortable with a view of the snowy peaks of the mountains. The restaurant is open until 22 o'clock and we were fed deliciously! But most of all I liked the interesting design of the hotel and it distinguishes it from all the hotels we have been to. Everything is done in the style of old computer games. Lots of activities to keep your kids busy. Just great.

We liked the exceptional view from our room and the balcony, the helpful attitude of our hosts, and the elevator to the third floor. We also liked that it is easy to find hiking trails in the neighborhood.
