The location is wrong it's not on the beach and not a private beach either. It's a cross the public beach and it took me 10 minutes to get there, and I am disabled walking with a cane. And I had to pay for the chair and umbrella thirty dollars a day. I ended up going only once.

The location of the property was great; however finding bugs in your bed and the AC not working properly is an immediate red flag. Although the staff was very accommodating after we reported the bugs in our bed with photo proof, I still feel the need to let future guests know of the experience. The valet only parking option isn't great. We waited 35 minutes for our vehicle when we were told to give them a 20 minutes notice. If you have specific times to be places, keep that in mind. We also paid $15 a day for two bottles of water (1st day only) and towels for a pool that wasn't functional and being repaired.

I stayed at this hotel a couple of years back.
I stayed at this hotel a couple of years back. Since Covid we have not been able to travel we were very anxious about traveling to a hotel that we had a wonderful experience with in the past. However this experience has been nothing but disappointing, horrible and expensive. Starting with the hotel staff. I am sorry that your job is horrible. Get another job if you cannot give the service to your guests that they paid for. This was not a Disney experience. Secondly, the hotel was in construction. We paid for a view of the ocean when we arrived we found a net obstructing the wonderful view of the ocean. Then the 8:00 am sound of the workers pounding on the building and the room next to us. I understand renovations but if you are going to have such a large renovation shut down the hotel and stop taking people’s money. Lastly, the extra fees they don’t tell you about until you arrive and then again the miserable staff not wanting to hear about any of your concerns. I will be contacting Ramada directly with the pictures and posting the information to my blog with 3k followers letting them know not to waist the time or money on this hotel. From the mold, lipstick on towels, the half renovated bathrooms, the noise and construction you would be foolish to stay. Learn from my experience.

They advertised 2 bedrooms, we were 4 of us.
They advertised 2 bedrooms, we were 4 of us. When we got there, it was only one bedroom, in which they had one queen bed and a toddler bed.
So we have to sleep on the sofa.
When asked about the bedrooms, the manager/ key giver, kept telling us to leave if you don't like the room. Tricky checking in. Afraid to give credit card or cash.
Safer and more peaceful to check in to a hotel with a lobby and real people working.

Close to the Aventura shopping center and right on the beach. Also easily accessed from Fort Lauderdale airport. We picked the location because we went there to go to a succor game at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens.

This place is one of the nicest places I have stayed.
This place is one of the nicest places I have stayed. The apartment was very clean, and modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to a big supermarket which was handy, and a few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment.

We just got back after spending a lovely week at Sunny Isles Beach. The apartment is clean, spacious, very well located (5 min walk to a lovely beach) and very well equipped, kitchen, living room, tv's, beach chairs and umbrellas, lovely balcony and plenty of towels. It had everything we need and more. Fantastic communication from the owner throughout our stay. The pool at the building is big and clean. Free parking!! Highly recommend
The room was horrible. A $200 room in $492 location. Walls cracked, needed paint, bathroom with rusting pipers, no amenities, an ancient bathtub, filthy windows, in useless location, justr a horrible experience for the price especially when you have no intention of laying on a beach completely shrouded in shade by the hotel.
Loved the location of the hotel, in particular the room and the views that came with it. Loved that you had ocean views and city views of Sunny Isles and that the room had a full kitchen. the bed if as comfy and the bedroom had blackout curtains to make it easy to fall asleep for our baby.
No breakfast provided, outside restaurant grill was horrible. Hotel is falling apart, needs major renovations. No heat in the entire building, room was dirty, spills on the walls, balcony was separated from the rooms next to ours only by a waste high metal rail.
Perfect location to stay in N. Miami Beach, walking distance to great restaurants and shopping and only seven minute drive to Aventura Mall. Sunny Isles beach is beautiful and beach area is exclusive to the resort guests. The pool area is a bonus.
I liked everything, good breakfast, the facilities in excellent condition, everything very clean, the bed very comfortable, excellent location, the Hotel exceeded my expectations, we will soon return to this hotel again.
Access to beach was a big sale out,,, rooms beds are comfortable,,, kitchenette was great convenience,,, cleaning was so poor and not enough towels ,,,, valet was too slow to bring the car upfront
The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel .
room outdated. beat up furniture but the hotel is doing Reno’s. the lobby and facilities are nice. pool was great and heated but a bit beat up. great bar.
