Amazing little beachside town with lots and lots of hotels, restaurants and shopping opportunities. Step off point also for tropical island resorts and beaches. Lots of tourist attractions on land as well. Vibrant night life with lots of backpackers favouring this beautiful coastal jewel as a preferred work spot.

Always a good trip to Airlie.
Always a good trip to Airlie. Weather was a bit wanky but otherwise great, plenty to see and do regardless. If you are keen on some outdoor and open water activities, Airlie is the place to be. Family-friendly with a great night life for the single crowd, there's something for everyone. Plenty of great places to explore, a variety of food options, and an overall great town for the general day to day. Living less than 2 hours away does make it a go-to for a quick getaway, and choices range from camping to hotels to Air BnB stays, there really is a place to suit everyone. Town is always vibrant and busy with something going on.

What a great place to visit.
What a great place to visit. The weather is great, the town is abuzz with great bars and restaurants. The Airlie lagoon is a great place for kids to swim. The Coral sea marina is a magic place to hang out at night to relax and enjoy some fine dining. The Garden Bar, Sorrento and the Rocks are great places to start.
Getting around Airlie is so easy. Taxis run constantly and are readily available. Most resorts run shuttles 3 to 4 times a day into the Airlie lagoon and airport transfers can be organised depending on the where you're staying.
Tracy, the owner is very friendly. View from the balcony across Cannonvale Beach is spectacular. Everything you need is there - 2 bedrooms, kitchen/living room, balcony, swimming pool, laundry. Next door is the Fat Frog cafe with excellent food & coffee. We had a room overlooking the sea. Not really a swimming beach as quite rocky and the tide goes out a long way. Nearby Shingley Beach is better for swimming but we prefer the lagoon at Airlie Beach (No stngers!!) All good. This is solid 3 star accommodation.
The location is great, other than being on the same property as the Magnums nightclub that is LOUD! I loved Airlie Beach and it's nice to have a cheaper accommodation available. It's nice to have a tea kettle and mini fridge in every room, as well as a full scale kitchen available. The grounds are nice, with lots of plants. It's adjacent to a big Woolworth's so that makes cooking easier. The bed comes with a sheet, which is nice, but the comforter is reused between people and was not clean.
Every single staff member was so friendly, the rooms had what you needed and a full kitchen and lounge area for everyone to use was great for cooking with stove, condiments, every electric appliance you could think of.
Extra blankets and towels were no problem, the pool area was awesome with the kids and so much better than a hotel. We will be back for sure, so close to shops and short drive to Airlie Beach centre
Beautiful hotel that felt like a little slice of luxury on our road trip. The room itself was lovely, though it was very small - ok for a night but probably not for a week-long holiday. However, the bathroom was large! Comfortable bed and nespresso coffee was a nice touch. Great location for access to Airlie Beach - but it was noisy being next to a car park and near a lot of pubs.
The hotel is the most fantastic place to stay in all of Airlie Beach.
It is truly magical, full of beautiful energy and contact with nature.
Leonie is loving, super attentive to everything and super hospitable.
You can really see the love and attention to every detail.
It recharged my energies, you really can't miss staying here!
Airlie Beach Hotel is location friendly. It is central to just about everything. It has great pub food, fabulous cocktails, live music, a big TV to watch the footy, gaming and a pool. It gets a good crowd when there's a good band playing and dancing is always on the cards.
LOVE it! You guys are awesome! The Haven is an absolute gem. The attention to detail in this room is outstanding, a perfect retreat. We were looking for something a bit different than the generic hotels and Airbnbs and it’s a top-notch experience in every way.🙏❤️😇
This was a wonderful base for a week in Airlie Beach. A beautiful apartment with sea views. Clean. Friendly staff. Nice pool area for relaxing. Shuttle bus was handy as the hotel is a little outside of town (and up a big hill) but still walkable from town.
This is a lovely resort a 20 mins walk from Airlie Beach centre so it is nice & quiet & the walk to the hotel is just so nice. It has a lovely swimming pool & cafe on site. Our apartment was spacious & had everything you would want for a comfortable stay.
We stayed at mantra club croc from May 27th until June the 1st and everything was great, spacious clean rooms, great customer service, great facilities and delicious food.
We highly recommend this hotel for a short or even a long stay !
A large apartment (No. 22) with a wide balcony in front of the bedroom and living area giving spectacular views across the whole of airlie beach. We self-catered so that we could enjoy the view day and night.
The room had an amazing view of Airlie Beach and the surrounding harbour. The room was spacious and the pool was lovely. Pinnacles Resort is very close to the main tourist areas of Airlie Beach.
