Location is perfect, close to but not right in the fray, and a short walk to the public beach. Staff is terrific, every single one. I had a room w a balcony facing east (sunrises!) which was a great way to start and end the days.

I love the restaurants, bars and shops along Atlantic Avenue. The town is very walkable.
The beach is wide and clean. However, there are almost no restrooms near the beach.
The vibe in Delray Beach is much more upscale and feels safer than many South Florida towns.

Getting around Delray on a free golf cart operated by Freebee, a service that you can access with a download is great. You request a ride and they are generally there within ten minutes. Tip the driver. There is every type of restaurant, bar and retail store you can want along Atlantic Avenue and A1A. Deck 84 and Cut 432 steakhouse are favorites.

This is definitely an upscale area with no shortage of great restaurants and shops to spend your money, which is not to say you COULDN'T do it more economically if you choose to - something for everyone. The beaches are fantastic here, especially for families I would think, as the surf is very gentle and the water clear in this part of the coast, with a very good stretch of shallow water fairly far out from the beach. There's an app called "Freebee" that will take you anywhere within a 3 mi. radius of Delray and you just tip the driver.

The proximity to the beach was second to none.
The proximity to the beach was second to none. There were plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance of the hotel and it was an adorable hotel. Very quaint. Felt very safe walking around at night.

Very friendly people.
Very friendly people. Numerous dining and bar optioons but VERY expensive. No grocery store nearby and if you don't have a car you will need to have delivered for a fee. Beautiful beaches. Luna Rosa has amazing food! It is on the higher end of costs though. Everythinig closes down around 10:00 pm so that was a bit of a bummer.
GREAT ROOM, EVERYTHING WORKED AS EXPECTED. THE COFFEE MACHINE WAS AMAZING AND HAD A LARGE SELECTION OF COFFEE'S. THE ROOM WAS SPOTLESS AND A VERY COMFORTABLE BED. MY ROOM HAD A PARTAIL OCEAN VIEW (50%). THE LOCATION IS ON ATLANTIC AVE, WHICH IS CLOSE TO EVERYTHING. THE WINDOWS ARE IMPACT WHICH MADE THE ROOM VERY QUIET. EXCELLENT BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED. MY ONLY CAUTION IS THAT THE HOTEL IS UNDER RENNOVATION, SO MAKE SURE YOU'RE NOT ON A FLOOR WHERE CONSTRUCTION IS GOING ON. I WAS THERE ON A WEEKEND, SO NO ISSUES,
It was like stepping back in time to the 1960's/70's. Super old school place right down to the plastic tile in the bathroom but CLEAN! If you only do fancy and new, this isn't your place. If you do like good hospitality (Crystal at the front desk is delightful), clean BIG apt with bagels, oatmeal, Danish, coffee, tea, hot cocoa, a fridge full of cold drinks and walking out your back door to either sit on your your own patio, at the pool or on the beach in the hotel supplied lounges, then you've found home.
An hotel really well located since you can go and visit Delray beach just by walking, no need to use the car.
There is a parking within the hotel which is very convenient as well.
The staff people are all very nice and helpful, we were able to get our room earlier which was perfect.
They give you keys room according to the number of people you are and not only because of the bed numbers.
The rooftop pool is clean, with a nice view.
The room is big and clean too.
New hotel, nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable rooms, spacious bathrooms with good amenities. It has a small but well equipped gym and a small pool outside. The breakfast area is a sort of a lounge and breakfast is ok, American style. I would have though preferred something more healthy such as plain yogurts, larger selection of fresh fruit, boiled eggs, sugar-free cereals, etc.
I have slept in expensive hotels and the comfort of these beds and their pillows are impeccable, it was like sleeping at home. I congratulate you and for this I would repeat my stay there.
He dormido en hoteles costosos y el confort de estas camas y sus almohadas están impecables, fue como dormir en casa. Los felicito y por esto repetiría de nuevo mi estancia alli
Phenomenal stay! I booked for 6 days 5 nights and within the first three hours there I was hoping to extend the trip. The facility is clean, the staff is amazing, the pool is perfect and the location can’t be beat. Its right across from the public beach and 15 min walk from the local restaurants. Loved this hotel and will definitely be back!
How can someone pay to book a night or two nights at your hotel and you charge for parking? I have been to way better hotels and there is no charge for parking and using your facility that is a rip off. They do not provide water they charge 3.50 for water that’s a rip off I will never go back to Hyatt.By the way I liked nothing
great rooms that were big, bright and comfortable. Had all the amenities one required. Only thing I would complain about is the lift system where you had to flash your card and wait for the green light in order to press the button (trust me I have stayed in many hotels and this is really slow - a very unusual
system)
Perfect location across from Delray Beach. Property is well looked after Had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Bed was very comfy and appliances seemed relatively new. Friendly, helpful staff.
Close to beach, walking distance to the beach, very nice parking in front of property, very quiet, friendly staff, overall very nice hotel with kitchen attached to the room, nice patio!
I was very happy with the location. The hotel, staff and amenities were spot on. I like the activity area ( pool table and game table area ) very clever and much appreciated.
Very nice hotel. Quiet and relaxing, but only minutes away from the action on Atlantic Ave with great restaurants, bars and live music. Beach is close as well!
