Ignacio is a very lovely little town which is rich in the Southern Ute Culture and other diverse cultures. I enjoy the friendly atmosphere and also attending cultural activities in the past such as powwow's. I enjoy my drive thru the town to get to the casino.

A bit of a drive to Pagosa Springs and Durango but beautiful scenery. Very clean well appointed, spacious room. Unaccompanied kids (boys) in pool after 9pm. Splashing and yelling upset my hot tub relaxing. I didn't go the second night.

We didn't really see a lot of Ignacio... but travel 15...
We didn't really see a lot of Ignacio... but travel 15 minutes into Durango and you won't be sorry!! Silverton is also amazing, and if you can- plan 2 days to explore the Mesa Verde National Park!! You can even stay there. It's beautiful!VictoriaUnited States

The 3rd restaurant we didn't try it was only open for breakfast and lunch. They also had a coffee shop which served pastry and lunches to go. I like the security on the elevator to get to your room. Facility was clean, room was nice, and about 20 miles from Durango. The maintenance man Guy was super nice!

Everything was clean , new and offers the vibe that you have the place all to your self. The ambiance and decor is beautiful! Staff is friendly and good service. The museum is excellent and very educational about the Southern Ute history, the surrounding area is gorgeous. We enjoyed the drive to the hotel. The staff were excellent. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable The steakhouse was delicious, as was the breakfast. Great value!

Contacted the Hotel for a manager several times with no apology or explanation in fact absolutely nothing was done they never contacted me back. Could maybe have a dimmer light in the room... The security from the main floor/casino to the hotel floors was a nice and welcoming touch. There are so many things to do there. Really though, just a really great room and hotel to stay at.

This hotel always has the most peaceful atmosphere about it. Great place to relax! Clean, restaurant staff is excellent, food of very good quality. Room was modern, clean and quiet.

But really it is a pleasant hotel and not a resort at all. The room was clean and nice, and priced as if we were at a resort. The breakfast we purchased at the attached restaurant was very good and a good price.
