Ignacio is a very lovely little town which is rich in the Southern Ute Culture and other diverse cultures. I enjoy the friendly atmosphere and also attending cultural activities in the past such as powwow's. I enjoy my drive thru the town to get to the casino.

A bit of a drive to Pagosa Springs and Durango but beautiful scenery. Very clean well appointed, spacious room.
Unaccompanied kids (boys) in pool after 9pm. Splashing and yelling upset my hot tub relaxing. I didn't go the second night.

We didn't really see a lot of Ignacio... but travel 15 minutes into Durango and you won't be sorry!! Silverton is also amazing, and if you can- plan 2 days to explore the Mesa Verde National Park!! You can even stay there. It's beautiful!

the hotel was very nice the staff were helpful and pleasant. I wasn't a great fan of the casino very few actual tables no Texas hold um tables. I am a people watcher and I am pretty sure no one a thing while I was in the casino so I think the win ratio is very poor. But I wasn't really there to gamble so it was fine. I would think if one was to go to gamble it would not be a great place to be.
I liked the 3 Restaurants. Seven Rivers Fine Dining had good food. The Grill was great for quick meals. The 3rd restaurant we didn't try it was only open for breakfast and lunch. They also had a coffee shop which served pastry and lunches to go. I like the security on the elevator to get to your room. Facility was clean, room was nice, and about 20 miles from Durango. The maintenance man Guy was super nice!
Expected more professionalism , the cost of stay was expensive and I would be expecting a efficient stay.
No blow dryer, no wash cloths, request was not met.
Most upsetting 😡, a staff member of Casino demanded my Grandson leave the Hotel waiting area.
I was on the Casino floor. Was not aware of this , until on the road back home.

The room was sooo clean. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was huge and nice. Could maybe have a dimmer light in the room... The security from the main floor/casino to the hotel floors was a nice and welcoming touch. There are so many things to do there. Really though, just a really great room and hotel to stay at.
We love this casino hotel! Stayed many times. Beautiful hotel and mountain settings. This hotel always has the most peaceful atmosphere about it. Great place to relax! Clean, restaurant staff is excellent, food of very good quality. Room was modern, clean and quiet.
We were expecting the Sky Ute Resort to be a "resort". But really it is a pleasant hotel and not a resort at all. The room was clean and nice, and priced as if we were at a resort. The breakfast we purchased at the attached restaurant was very good and a good price.
Location was beautiful. Hotel room was very nice. Food was not as good as expected Reservation desk service was slow. I had requested a balcony 3 times & assured we would have one. Instead had a view of air conditioning on second floor.
We didn’t stay there, we got to the hotel at 8pm and they said booking.com over booked 23 people and they had no availability. We traveled another 3.5 hrs in the dark to find a hotel with availability.
