Lovely small hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, fabulous decor with a homely feel and the evening meal in the Stables restaurant was fantastic, the trout starter was a work of art on the plate and so delicious. The homemade biscuits and lemonade received at bedtime was a very pleasant touch as well as the water and biscuits on departure. Very comfy bed, wallpaper fab, shower room was small, really liked the information card of area.

3rd stay in Gullane love the location beach is amazing, plenty shops to stock up if self catering. Chip shop is amazing and had meal at Bonnie Badger can’t recommend enough, Grace of India in Aberlady didn’t disappoint with our curry night, you get what you pay for with them all not the cheapest but definitely the best we’ve had. Close to plenty of places to visit, Archerfield Walled Garden well worth the walk or drive, our first time. Gullane is close to small railway stations for ease of visiting Edinburgh and North Berwick, buses also on high street. Golfers paradise but we don’t golf but still perfect either way. So plenty walks, great food, doorstep shops and cafes, public transport if needed whats not to like

We were there for golf, which was excellent.

Nice food and drink at The old Clubhouse and Italian.
Goose on the green and Cherish for coffee & cakes.
A trip into North Berwick which has lovely individual shops.
Lovely apartment with everything we needed, and things we didn’t know we needed, to make our stay enjoyable. There are several places to eat within easy walking distance and some nice shops in the village. We were in the area to play golf but there are lots of other things to do nearby if golf isn’t your thing. The secure garden was an unexpected bonus especially on sunny days.
Everything was great!
The host Heather was very welcoming and accommodating. We were arriving late (by 4 hours, whoops) and she still was very welcoming.
The room was great- lovely interior, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was stunning.
Breakfast was delicious- good quality food and coffee.
The area is lovely (Gullane is home of the Scottish Open)
Gullane is fab, cottage well equipped, new, clean comfortable, well soundproofed from above and the side. Superfry great fish and chips. Beach wonderful. Easy to get to Edinburgh and N Berwick. Managed to park easy enough.
A real gem of a hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful, beautifully decorated, amazing food and a lovely outdoor bar area. We stayed in one of the cottage rooms and had such a lovely time. Would definitely recommend!
Perfectly situated cottage in heart of Gullane. Close to beach, pubs and restaurants. Really appreciated it being dog friendly too for the beach and coastal walks nearby. A real home from home.
Small flat ideal for 2 people within easy reach of Gullane centre which has a good range of amenities and is close to a lovely beach. Well fitted kitchen/living room. Good modern bathroom.
A really classy hotel in a lovely setting overlooking Muirfield golf course and surrounded by beautiful walled gardens.
