It’s beautiful place if you like walking as the beach is a little way down the mountain . You have to drive or take the bus . There’s not much to do here but eat in restaurants on old cobbled streets and look at art .
For those who are fit it’s good to hike on a rugged road to the beach it takes a hour and is hairy , but you feel a sense of achievement .

An overall nice stay with a great view but an odor in our room took over our entire stay experience. We were unable to stay in the suite we booked which was unfortunate. The service was good sometimes and bad other times. It depended who we spoke to. We ate at the restaurant two nights in a row and it had a nice view the food was good too. I enjoyed the buffet style breakfast every morning. I also had a private transportation for my big family of 7 to get around. I would not recommend their in-house taxi service because it was way overpriced. Our private transportation that we booked for other days was cheaper. Local Taxi's also charged a better rate. All in all, we enjoyed ourselves minus the odor and suite situation.

Incomparable view onto Èze and coast.
Incomparable view onto Èze and coast. Well appointed, spacious and furnished terrace/grounds, which allows one to make most of view, as apartment smaller than expected. Excellent location to tour from though car needed. Èze itself, must be experienced especially early morning or late afternoon, when crowds are gone. Memorable stay.

Truly beautiful!
Truly beautiful! Would have liked to have visited the beach but we had other days in other locations planned at the beach. The old Eze village is worth the trip - amazing buildings, cute shopping, and excellent pizza at the bottom. Taxi drivers are very helpful and friendly.

We spent only one night, but loved it.
Eze Hermitage is practically at the top of the city. Great view.
Walked around the grounds. Had to call the hotel to get directions.
GPS bailed on us a couple of times.
The location is perfect! This location may be much better than ones inside of the village or up on the hills. The bus stops, the village, supermarket, gas station, and restaurants are literally a minute away.
This studio is very well-kept, clean. The bed is super comfortable. All amenities are supplied for this stay.
The owners response right away. Any questions or requests are quickly taken care of by them.
I definitely recommend this place and will stay when I have chances to visit beautiful Eze village.
The Staff.
The hotel looks recently renovated.
We could self check-in since we arrived during lunch closure hours.
The quick response of the Maintenance staff to fix our sliding door to the garden, which we discovered at 8pm, that it wouldn't close.
Staying right in the village. Even though it's right on the main road, once you closed both doors, it was fairly quiet in the room.
The covered patio area was a nice addition but, see below.
Everything listed was provided.
magical ambience, locations and essence of the home ⚜️💝 we feel very blessed to have experienced beauty of the village captured in all its reflections. wondering through the streets of what was once a castle and experiencing the stories paved into cobble and mountans under the moonlight of the vast oceans. blessings in each star you wish for within your own soul is blossoming with the stories of all that lived and is yet to tell a story ✨💫✨
The staffs were friendly and super helpful! We were so lucky to get the room with the best view and speaking of view, it is just breath taking from our balcony. The space or the room was very appropriate. It is bigger and better than we expected based on the pictures that we’ve seen on the internet. The whole village is very pretty and the best part it is very private and peaceful. Lovely experience and hope to come back soon!
It is one of the nicest place in the world. It is a privilege to be guest in this hotel. It is simply a dream. The sea view is exceptional, the atmosphere wonderful and you have a lots of space in the wonderful gardens, so that you can enjoy the time you spend there. Art is part of this environment and the French touch is simply at his best.
Nice location close to Eze medieval town, however car is recommended. Very nice breakfast can be ordered at €25/day for 2 persons. Many hiking paths in the "Parc Naturel de la Grande Corniche" where one place to visit is "Fort de la Revere" on the hilltop close by.
A fridge, watercooker and coffee maker is included.
ten minute walk to Eze. exceptional view from spacious deck. easy gated entrance with guard most of the day. free parking. nearby is bus service into Monte Carlo. well equipped kitchen, quality furnishing and finishes. well managed by offsite owner who provides very good communication
Location!! Really recommend the hiking route right from hotel to beautiful old Eze and continue down on Nietzsche's path to Eze sur mer and have a nice swim in the sea close to railway station. Nice staff and pool/ breakfast area. Tasty breakfast.
Great location in Eze Village, private, very clean, airconditioning, and modern furnishings with cupboard, restaurant below to dine at or order take-away and a bakkery close by with amazing coffees and baked goods
It was a very peaceful villa, lots of space for everyone and so easy to chill with pool. Idyllic views. Easy base to go to beach, Monaco, Nice ans Eze village. There was nothing not to like. Love love love ❤️
Stunning location; very attentive and helpful staff, especially Gerard and Cassandre; outstanding family location, perfect for ten people in a spectacular position overlooking Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu and Eze.
Everything. The hotel itself was beautiful. Staff was amazing. The area was beautiful and there was a bus that stopped nearby to go into Èze ville and Nice and Monaco. Perfect!
The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The view from the hotel porches were incredible, but our room did not have a view. The room and bathroom were very nice.
