Good simple quality food, cooked well. Descend breakfast . The pastries particular favourite.Good pastry chef . Professional staff all round, makes a huge difference . Always a really pleasant , comfortable stay and experience at Du Vin. Comfortable beds/ great hot running showers and nice gardens. Very good location.

Perfect location on the Pantiles, stylishly furnished, very comfortable bed, helpful staff and good value. When it turned out I was struggling with stairs to the 5th floor due to an injury, the staff not only helped with my luggage, but found me a very splendid room on a lower floor for the second night, and honoured the original price.

The location was amazing! We felt everything was well thought of and very much appreciated the fine detail put into our stay.
The shower was small as expected but worked very well and we were impressed by it.
Although it was raining we had a relaxing time and we saw deer walking around outside which was very peaceful.
We also really enjoyed going to the games room, even though we thought it would be mainly for kids, there was a pool table and table tennis there too.
Location is very nice and picturesque. I thought the food in the pub was quite pricey for what it was. Nice room overlooking the grounds but noisy at night but that's the guests not the accommodation!

A lovely village, surrounded by great country walks, fabulous scenery. There is a beautifully kept station with steam trains, Groombridge Place is great for kids and Tunbridge Wells is close, with a great variety of restaurants.
