Overall, everything was great, a very modern hotel with a nice design.
I want to give a special mention to the SitizenM staff, particularly the girl who assisted us with the check-in process. It was her first day on the job, and she was very polite and helpful. I wish her all the best in her new role. This was my first time staying at SitizenM, and I was very satisfied. I also appreciate the fact that the bar was open at night.
This hotel is in front of La Defence Arena. And that was the reason why I chose it.

The room was clean, friendly persona, breakfast could be fresher, but the Buffet was good. It was a comfortable stay cause we went to the Arena and it was only 15 Minutes away from the hotel and that was our highlight. There is a really nice park near the hotel. The Bahn was also not so far and also there are restaurant and Markets nearby.

Disgusting breakfast, small room, booked for 4 and were only for 3 beds, one double and one single, had to sleep with my little one and hubby in the same bed.
And the cleaners had stolen me a leather jacket, that's horrible. Bad service.

An overlooked corner of Paris, a business district with a lot of advantages for staying there.
Very quiet in August when everybody is in the summer holiday, free street parking for the hole August.
Just a RER station or two away from City centre.
New modern architecture, very good views of Paris from La Defence.

The thing that I most liked about nanterre was it had easy access to the metro rail link, once on the metro and you could be anywhere in paris, it was quiet in the street at night no load music or rowdy crowds of drunks being turned out, the street was clean, there's some pizza restaurants that I used, but to be fair the french was also on their holidays so pretty much dead as far as entertainment was concerned, there's a peoples market in the street almost every day if you like that sort of thing, but when I was there it was very quiet, which I and my wife just love, that's it for nanterre

Location was great, near train station.
Location was great, near train station. Accommodation clean and modern, nice staff, good facilities in room. Some reasonable restaurants nearby. Not far from central Paris. Lovely shopping centre 2 stops away! Would happily return to stay there.
NEVER EVER stay at this hotel!! someone entered my room and stole my credit card from my luggage bag(it was in a hidden place between my clothes) and the manager said that no access is showing on the system other than your access key!!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS HOTEL OR HIS STAFF ESPECIALLY THE HOUSEKEEPERS!
A BIG RED FLAG REGARDING THIS SUSPICIOUS ISSUE BETWEEN THE MANAGER AND THE HOUSEKEEPERS!
BE CAREFUL AND CHOOSE OTHER THAN CITIZEN M HOTELS
The accommodation is a sort of studio with a separate bedroom (with small balcony) and bathroom and toilet. It is located in the Nanterre district (banlieu), which is a fine location. By car you can reach the city center of Paris within 20 minutes (haven't tried public transport from here, so can't judge that). Free parking in front of apartment building. On the same site (and a bit behind it) there is a playground for children
The location is kind of suburban Paris. There is a bus to the metro, but walking to it was 40 minutes. This is like a stripped down version of motel6, for my American friends. It was clean. But the bed was hard. There was no heat ( November). The staff were helpful as they could be, but they don’t have much to help you with. I have stayed at Ibis hotels before and they were fine. But this one was a disappointment.
The staff was especially kind and helpful. Especially Nassima and Benoit, but really, everyone was open and helpful. We had breakfast there one morning and the buffet was OK. The room was a very good size for Paris. It was clean. The area around the hotel made us feel safe. There is parking on site (unusual for Paris.) But really, I have to emphasize that it was the staff that made this an exceptional stay.
The location was in a very good neighborhood, there is a convenience store next door to the building that sells almost everything we needed. The bus stop is also a few feet away from the hotel. Not too far from La Defense, where the main bus/metro/train station and a big Westfield mall are located.
Located close to Nanterre Universite station on the line A, which brings you to Paris in 10 minutes. The place itself is quiet. The rooms are isolated so that you are not disturbed. Rooms are spacious enough, and beds are comfortable. All amenities are provided for a homely stay.
The staff were friendly, the bar was OK (albeit small with limited choice). It was a 15 minute walk to the nearest Metro, from there easy access to Paris in 20 minutes. Also La Defense Arena.
A few sweet cafés in the centre of Nanterre are also within a few minutes walk.
Breakfast was quite good and worth the supplementary fee. Housekeeping came in once during the short stay and did a nice job. Staff were polite and available mostly around the clock. Pretty straightforward walk to reach the Nanterre Ville RER station to get into Paris.
Very nice person. Kind attentions in every single detail. Thank you! It felt like home ☺️
High standard room. Quiet. Birds' songs wake you up in the morning! Walkable distance to the Arch of La Defense! I really appreciated it.
The hotel is very close to a RER transport mean. There is no need to take a taxi when arriving by train.
There are several restaurants in the neighborhood areas.
The place was relatively quiet despite its central location.
Great price and easy to get to and from the city centre. We went to a concert at la défense arena and it was a quick walk there and back. Staff were very kind and friendly. Kitchenette had everything we needed.
Great location - in front of the La Defense Arena, 10 minutes walk to metro line 1 with convenient access to the center of Paris. Great view for a Grand Arch. Kind personel. The room was very clean.
Room was clean and comfortable. Good shower. Though a bit far from Paris centre, the hotel is within an easy walk to the RER station. There are a few decent restaurants in the area and a nice park.
Close to a bus station so accessible by public transport. almost 2 km away from La Défense it’s location is good. comfortable stay, charging extra for early check in. nothing to complain
Quiet area, good location (near rar stop that connects u with entire paris and more, in a decent ammount of time), good housekeeping service, you get what you paid for for sure.
The breakfast was great, good choice and well cooked. The rooms were spacious but the bathroom was small. Location is just right if going to La Defense Arena.
Good value for the money.
Good breakfast and friendly staff.
Bus stop right across the hotel and not more than 30-35 mins to all major attractions in Paris.
