The resort was amazing! Staff were very attentive and kind, I was really happy that they accommodated my request for the meals. Attentive to details & the service was top. The room was excellent, clean, spacious and has everything you need. View is amazing and outdoor onsen was very relaxing 😄.

Some rooms have lake views. We booked and stayed in this hotel in the last day of our 10 day trip in Hokkaido. There is a direct bus running between the Sapporo Station directly to the hotel, which needs prior booking and costs 1100 yen per trip. It took two hrs and thirty minutes to the hotel. The hotel is very big and we booked in a Japanese style and slept in tatami at night. We can see the Lake Toya, which looks beautiful in the early morning with snow mountains surrounding. The booking included a buffet dinner. The food is fresh and delicious. We wore pyjamas after hot bath. There was fireworks in front of the hotel at 8:30PM, although it last about 8 minutes.

Located a 15-minute taxi ride from or a 25-minute bus ride from JR Toya Train Station, The Lake View Toya Nonokaze Resort offers guests a panoramic view of Lake Toya from their infinity onsen. Free WiFi is accessible throughout the property. Everything is the best! The view is awesome. You could see the toya river and the island from the indoor onsen. The food is good and sufficient. The room is the most spacious in this trip to Japan. I cannot find my shoes in the room because I lose the way. The snacks and fruits are decent. The hotel is nearby the bus station. I will come back again in summer.

The ryokan has a natural hot spring bath and luggage storage space. A beautiful outlook across Lake Toya, from the room and balcony. The room is large, clean and very comfortable. The dinners and breakfasts were plentiful and tasty. The fireworks are lovely, and the peaceful sunrise is a perfect bonus.

Featuring a tatami (woven mat) floor and traditional futon bedding, rooms are furnished with a TV, a small fridge and a safe. A bathroom, toiletries and green tea are provided. A yukata robe can be chosen at the front desk. The view from the window in my room was fantastic, you can see the fireworks display on the lake right from your window. We chose the Japanese style room which is the futon mattress but it was super comfy. Breakfast was buffet style which is great for me, there are many pickles to choose from, and all delicious.

Nightly fireworks is just in front of the hotel.

Room is a little dated but the open-air onsen makes up for it!
