All rooms are fitted with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a fridge. Yukata robes are provided. Onsen was wonderful. Staff went above and beyond to make even us silly foreigners feel welcome and appreciated. Truly exceptional service.

I liked everything ! the room was very big and comfortable. great bed and traditional service ! the staff was super kind , very helpful with our requests and available for any questions. breakfast was really good as well. not in city center but well connected with nice view and peace and quiet, much needed !

A free-use internet PC is available at the lobby. I loved everything about my stay at Sumiyoshiya. The staff is so nice and speak fair english, always ready to help you with anything you might need. The Japanese breakfast was delicious, everything was clean, they prepared my futon while I was away walking around the city, AC worked just fine, and the place actually looks so so nice!! Anyway, I genuinely couldn't find a single thing to complain about.
