Experience culture authentically with a stay at this traditional Japanese-style accommodation. Sleep on the floor (on a futon roll) in a room furnished with tatami flooring and sliding doors. Guests can often expect access to a communal bath plus a complimentary Japanese garment called a yukata.
Amazing location right at the sea, traditional rooms with a traditional bed made on the floor, wonderful onsen, hotwater bath. The breakfast and dinner super good
Onsen was a lovely facility. Complementary yakult in the morning, ice blocks in the afternoon and ramen at nIght (didn't try because it was from 9.30pm only - very late). Enjoyed the massage chairs too. Free washing machines. Loved the facilities and room - very dark curtains. Pity about the beds.
Hosts are super nice and provided me with Infos for my sightseeing plans. They also helped me, when my luggage arrived a day later, so I could already be out and explore!
The room is spacious, has everything you need and is clean. The futon was very comfortable. The hostel is conveniently located, a very good onsen is just around the corner. Would definitely recommend.
