An amazing stay ! The traditional Japanese room with bath with view on the lake is amazingly beautiful and cosy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is upon the lake so it is perfect. The public bath from the 7th floor is also very nice and there's also the view on mont Fuji from there. The hotel has a lot of different services . I hope to be able to come back, it was so nice !

It’s Japanese style hotel. Staff, Mr. Tommy was very kind, friendly, warm welcome and very good support. It’s good experience to stay at this hotel. Highly recommended if you want to experience a ryokan staying.
