Bessho Onsen Midoriya, hotel in Bessho

Bessho Onsen Midoriya features mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Ueda, 30 km from Honmachi Machiyakan.

Absolutely my standout stay in Japan, a place I have both lived and travelled to more than a dozen times. Besho Onsen Midoriya is a beautiful modern Ryokan with private hot spring baths set in the most tranquil of settings. I particularly loved the Kaiseki set course dinner and of course the provided breakfasts. I will be back!

Exceptional hotel, private Onsen in room, Japanese style. Everything was great and gave us deep dive in Japanese culture. The staff was really helpful and please forgive us some of our "gaijin" behavior - we are exploring your commons first time ☺️
