The owner and the staff are lovely, they are very easygoing and are always ready to help. We even got a free room upgrade and the staff allowed us to relax and don’t rush during checkout. Lovely hotel situated 5 mins walk from Kata beach. The staff were wonderful and couldn't do enough for you, always checking everything is OK. We had one or two minor issues that were dealt with quickly and efficiently and was given a lovely bottle of wine for the inconvenience. The breakfast was nice with a good choice of hot/cold dishes plus egg station and was open 6-11am which is great. Both pools were really nice to relax in and we always managed to find sunbeds. We would definitely stay here again.
Location amazing. Two pools. Laundry and shop on site, WiFi good. Sauna. Good shower, upgraded my room so a bit larger. People very nice, staff lovely. Very relaxing environment. Nice breakfast. Usually stay at paradox but will be staying here or hotels adjacent in future, great value. Beach very very close, where you can buy very comfortable set of chairs with parasol for 200 baht a day. amazing . Firm beds which I slept great in.
Customer Service- Amazing staff, very helpful and friendly. Food- Choice and food options are lovely. Room- Staff provided us with an upgrade, the room was beautiful, spacious and had a jacuzzi. The location was incredible Buffet breakfast had such a wide variety and was so fresh and delicious Rooms were super spacious and cleaned daily with fresh water. Absolutely unreal We also got the room decorated as a romantic surprise for me and my partners 5 year anniversary Shuttle bus into Patong running everyday was so handy and saved a lot of money Staff were helpful whenever needed and made everything so easy and they were very lovely
The location of this villa is very good. It’s right next to a beach and you can see the seaview from the balcony. This villa is like a resort, it’s super big and all the facilities are very luxury, they provide 4 small jacuzzis inside. Moreover, they can provide chef service, it’s really delicious. And it’s really very relaxed to have dinner in such a beautiful villa. The host is very nice to us and always timely to respond all the questions.
The staff are super great the female manager is a star even gave me free upgrade and bfast for a few days. Very caring lovely views clean relaxing
Great spot. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Food was lovely. The pool and Jacuzzi were great. We had the Jacuzzi room and spent some lovely time in it. It's a big property so we did lots of walking. The speedboat service to the mainland is fabulous and they put on a special trip for us one night when the boat was full. Not being on the mainland is both good and bad. If you are after a relaxing holiday and don't want to go too far then it's perfect. Room service was fast and really tasty.
Perfect location for couples I took my Thai girlfriend their after a short flight from Bangkok to get away for a romantic weekend nearby beach patong lovely white sand was we'll worth the visit patong lodge local Indian restaurant just opsite the main entrance apart from that you will need taxi short 5 minutes at 200 thb fair patong center Very noisy and full of young party goers Very busy extremely loud
The view!! Really-really amazing view from the honeymoon suit. Amazing jacuzzi on the terrace. Super romantic. Good wifi. Poolside restaurant food was actually quite good, we ordered room service a few times and had dinner their once. Breakfast was also not bad. We enjoyed walking to the beach every day, as a good exercise. Kamala beach has its own charm. It’s less pretentious and super cozy. We ended up liking the beach a lot. SPA was alright. Pool area was also quite good and relaxing.
