The room was well equipped. The staff are so so friendly, my husband fell extremely sick (not from the hotel) i asked reception to call the doctor at midnight and he helped me and assisted so well. The next day we had to check out and they made sure we were ok and accommodated us very well. I would go back here. The breakfast was lovely too.

The staff is what makes the hotel superb, otherwise our room was in need of serious renovation. The staff was super kind and helpful at all times and catered to our every need with speed, efficiency and kindness. Upon arrival, they informed us that they upgraded our room to a room with pool access as a kind gesture for our honeymoon and they gave us a special welcome. Even one night that we wanted to eat some left over pizza, they used the kitchen microwave to heat it up, just lovely staff, congratulations 🎉
Location was great, on a quiet street but near main road with restaurants, supermarket and good massage salons nearby. Surin beach is clean and calm which adds to the relaxing atmosphere. Hotel staff was lovely.

On another note, the facilities are stunning and well mantained. This place is perfect for people looking for relaxed experience in Phuket.

The best hotel we've ever stayed in, without a doubt! The best aspect about Surin is undoubtedly the staff. We stayed for seven days, and the service was consistently outstanding. The cottages are lovely and the location is ideal! It's the perfect place to relax and refuel. The breakfast was excellent, and we also enjoyed the happy hour at the beach bar during sunset. A visit to the spa is also highly recommended. We'll be back, for sure!
