This resort boasts 5 swimming pools, 5 pool bars, fitness facilities and indulgent spa services. Guests enjoy free shuttle service to Karon Beach, located 700 metres away. The hotel was very clean and nice. Food was amazing. Staff was super helpful. We had a 4 month old baby and they provided a crib that was cleaned everyday. We forgot to get dishwashing soap to clean the bottles, when I asked the hotel if they had anything they did not just give the soap but also a bottle brush and a small tray to clean the bottles. They had a free shuttle to Karon beach everyday. Overall great stay.

Everything about our stay was very good, especially the swimming pool. We had a room with an access to swimming pool, so that was great.

Coqoon Spa offers ultimate relaxation with body massage and facials in The Nest, a private treatment room suspended mid-air like a bird nest. For a refreshing workout, the fitness centre provides yoga, pilates and Muay Thai classes. We stayed in one of the one-bedroom pool villa with huge private pool and butler service. The villa was absolutely amazing, stylish and comfortable. It was equipped with just about everything you need, including pool floats, minibar that gets restocked every day (with salty and sweet snacks, beers, juices...) and even hair straightener. The staff is very helpful and it was really easy to communicate with butlers using Viber or WhatsApp. There is also the resort’s special app, which we used to order food. The food is great with a lot of Thai and non-Thai choices. We also visited both high end restaurants that are part of the resort, Black Ginger and Rivet. The food was good there as well, but we think that the higher price tag is mostly due to service and ambiance, which are both really elevated. Also if you like to cook do yourself a favour and take a cooking class at Moe's Kitchen. It is so fun and chef Mam is an absolute gem!

The new Outrigger Surin Beach Resort – SHA Plus is an elegant, lifestyle resort nestled at the edge of the white sands of Surin Beach. A sense of tranquility is found in this tropical seaside haven filled with vibrant colors and vintage artwork. The beach facing resort is just a 2 minute walk to Surin beach. What can I say. This place was amazing. The room was lovely (we booked a pool access room for 10nights.) Equipped with everything. Gym was good, plenty of weights and a few machines. We could not fault the staff. They went out of their way, made you feel special. The lovely Matt at reception would greet us by our names every time. All reception staff were wonderful. Girls at breakfast were amazing. Thank you to Juice, Gai, Apple, Koi and Nim. We will miss you girls. Hopefully we will come back again. As we left everyone came out to wave us goodbye. Restaurants at the beach were not far from the resort. Beach was lovely. Could not fault this place. Highly recommend it

Each duplex apartment is fitted with two air conditions one in the tastefully furnished bedroom and one in the living room. Shower facilities and free toiletries are included in the private bathroom. All duplex apartments have private balconies with pool views and comfortable terrace to relax and rejuvenate after a long sunny day in the beach or swimming pool. Jack did an excellent job going the extra mile help me out. The swimming pool is nice with lots of extra towels around. I enjoyed my stay so much I returned for another stay to the property. I loved how close the property is to Ton Mai Spa and Da Puccio Italian restaurant.
