The hotel features a public bath, a karaoke room and free WiFi at the lobby. A quiet location a short drive from the Miyajima sights. It had very beautiful rooms that are nice and spacious, and we had a view of Hiroshima from our room. The food was excellent and the futons soft. The public bath was also nice and clean with a good size. The transfer bus service is excellent and the staff is helpful. 10/10

Rooms feature a traditional minimalist interior with a tatami (woven-straw) floor, Japanese decorations and traditional futon bedding. They are fitted with air conditioning, a TV and a bathroom with a shower, bathtub and toilet. Fantastic stay! The lady who runs the ryokan is very kind and helpful, always with a smile. She doesn't speak English, but magically understands any need. Very large room, very comfortable bed. Lovely place!

The hotel offers public and private hot baths and a free shuttle to/from Miyajima Ferry Terminal. Free Wi-Fi is provided at the lobby. Lovely view across the town. Quiet and away from the bustle. Room was very spacious. Enjoyed the private Onsen. Staff were excellent. Appreciated the service of picking up our luggage from the coin lockers at the ferry port.

Located in the World Heritage Miyajima Island, Iwaso features Japanese-style accommodations with beautiful surrounding views. Guests can relax in the indoor and outdoor hot-spring baths and request for massages. A free shuttle is available from Miyajima Ferry Terminal, which is also a 5-minute walk away. The attention to detail at this resort was impeccable, as was the quality of service. It is perfectly situated, being far enough away from the crowds, but within easy walking distance of the Torii gate, the "downtown" area, and the ropeway station for the ride up the mountain. Adjacent to the facility is a picturesque stream with the quintessential red colored pedestrian bridge. Be sure to sign up for the delicious breakfast and dinner; the same meal enjoyed by the heads of state at the recent G7 Summit held here. I will definitely be returning with my spouse to bask in the peace and tranquility of Miyajima.

厳島いろは is located in Miyajima’s Omotesando Avenue, a 5-minute walk from Itsukushima Shinto Shrine and Miyajima Pier. The hotel offers a restaurant and Japanese-style rooms with free wired internet access. Such a beautiful space and place to be. The rooms were stunning with amazing scenic views. Well stocked amenities and so peaceful. The traditional Japanese breakfast was delicious too

The air-conditioned rooms feature tatami (woven-straw) floors and Japanese futon bedding. Each comes with a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle with green tea bags. All rooms have a private toilet, and some have shared bathroom facilities. Excellently located family hotel, on the main street of Miyazdim. Located close to all major attractions. Very good hotel owners. Highly recommend!

Reopened in April 2014 after renovations, Miyajima Morinoyado offers comfortable guest rooms and a spacious public bath. It is a 1-minute walk to Miyajima Aquarium and a 15-minute to Itsukushima Shrine. I got a traditional Japanese room, with a low table in the middle, low chairs and futon beds. The truth is that everything was incredible. We had all the comforts (full bathroom, with all the necessary items), very comfortable beds, good bedding, an electric kettle to prepare whatever we wanted, although even on the ground floor there was also coffee and water to serve. The facility has a public Japanese bath, which we didn't go to because it didn't catch our attention, but we saw that many people used it. To get to the place you have to walk about 20 minutes, something to keep in mind if you go with luggage. The staff at the place was incredible, excellent treatment, very friendly and predisposed. The breakfast is excellent, it is a traditional Japanese breakfast and includes a refill of tea and rice. If I go to Miyajima again, definitely I would go to this hotel.

Free Wi-Fi is available at the entire building. Miyajima Ferry Terminal is a 15-minute walk away. Restaurant is on the first floor, clean and spacious rooms on the upper floors with private toilets, and large lockable shower with baths. Staff knows very limited English but very nice and accommodating, friendly homey feel. Our stay came with a very big breakfast, choice of Japanese or western style.
