Clean room, comfortable bed, excellent Jacuzzi, The apartment is artsy with luxury touch, but tenants are not allowed to use common area or even have a coffee in the kitchen. I would only recommend this place for couples for romantic short stay getaway. Absolutely not suitable for foreigners, despite cleanliness and comfy bed.
The rooms were very very clean and nice, pleasant to stay in. Signor Sergio was so nice that he upgraded our room for a bigger one at a higher floor, after the first night, for the next three. That was lovely. After our engagement/proposal day, Signora Marcella surprised us with a bottle of Prosecco that was waiting for us in the room. She was super nice and lovely, so helpful with everything and always attentive at breakfast to make sure we have everything we need. We feel like we made some friends in Venice! :)
Beautiful modern apartment in a luxury house. Lovely garden with lots of olive trees. Nice pool, with lounge chairs to relax on. We enjoyed very much our breakfast outside on the terrace with great views of the surrounding mountains. The old city of Malcesine is about 25 min walk with plenty of restaurants. Marissa, her husband (sorry, I forgot the name) and Giovanni were all very helpful and made sure we enjoyed our stay. Big thanks to them! We definitely plan to return.
Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff nothing too much of a problem. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Quiet and relaxing. Handy shuttle service into Garda. Easy walk into town, but harder on way back uphill if not using shuttle. Roof top jacuzzi and sun terrace. Had superior room with view over lake

Lovely, well-equipped and very clean apartment in fantastic location (Juliet's balcony courtyard). Very warm welcome upon arrival from Michaela (complimentary bottle of wine for our anniversary a nice touch)! Broad selection for continental breakfast and superb location in the heart of Verona to explore.
The property was lovely. The location was perfect, very close to restaurants, shops and tourist locations. The apartment is great for people who want to explore Venice or just to relax (very quiet location with a terrace). The property has great facilities, a dishwasher, two AC units (one upstairs and one downstairs), washing machine, and jacuzzi. Good contact with the owners, they even recommended a restaurant and a gallery to visit.
Gorgeous room with a view, I believe we were upgraded which was a lovely surprise for our anniversary trip. Staff went above and beyond. Breakfast served at a lovely cafe just downstairs with a brilliant view of the castle. Food was excellent, service was even better.
the location was great! the rooms were lovely especially the jacuzzi ones a real treat after walking around all day. staff couldn’t be more accommodating and organised our transfer from the airport which was 10/10. modern & so clean! perfect for a romantic stay as a couple In the honeymoon suite & the rose petals they organised were amazing quality.
Beautiful little hotel on a canal corner near the central station. Very friendly and helpful staff, we got a free upgrade as it was our anniversary and the bottle of Prosecco was a lovely touch. The room was sumptuous. The garden restaurant was a spacious luxury in Venice and the breakfast was pretty good too. Loved our stay here.
