Less than 3 miles from the historic centre of Canterbury, this luxury B&B enjoys a rural setting within its own oak woodland. It offers en suite rooms with free Wi-Fi and plenty of off-road parking for all guests. Great location for exploring Canterbury. The host was very welcoming and helped us to where we should eat. We had a lovely full English breakfast.
Edenbridge
Set in 125 acres of formal gardens, this 13th-century double-moated castle offers luxurious yet modern bedrooms with free Wi-Fi. Access is via the private gated entrance and guests have free parking in a private car park. Everything was excellent. Wish we had stayed two nights!

Lovely relaxing time and pool, jacuzzi and steam room all working good and not too busy there. Nice breakfast too and a very pleasant atmosphere around the whole area.
Having read the recent reviews, they echo ours. Beautiful place warm cosy with all the essentials. There were also extra thoughtful things too. Julie was lovely, very hospitable. She gave us a few recommendations, which we took up and glad we did. We wanted a relaxing luxury place away from home with things to do nearby. The Burrows fitted this perfectly.
Lovely old fashioned hotel. The staff were so polite, friendly and welcoming, made us both feel very comfortable during our stay when I proposed to my girlfriend and laid the room beautifully. The food was also excellent. Highly recommend
Lovely room and extremely comfortable bed! The swimming pool and jacuzzi were both amazing, very good temperature and super relaxing. The restaurant options were also good.
The Thatchie was a beautiful place for a romantic weekend away. We stayed for two nights and had the loveliest time relaxing in the hot tub and watching films.
Lovely luxury stay for our anniversary and well worth the extra to hire the spa. The word treehouse is a little confusing as it's within a house (I knew this before I came so not a complaint) but it seemed to confuse a lot of people I sent the link to, as it did me before I did my research. Well equipped kitchen, lovely garden, great location and would definitely stay here again, except would do for 2 nights rather than 1 to really make the most of the stay.
The room was amazing, the bed was super comfy and the bath was lovely! The swimming pool is open until 12am, we have a lovely late night swim, staff were also really nice. We also got a free room upgrade which was lovely for our first anniversary! The food was amazing at the Korean cowgirl, the food came out super fast and it was delicious! We will definitely be returning each year for our anniversary getaway!
