The breakfast was great (again with a view) and the staff made sure everything was fresh. The spa and indoor pool was very relaxing as were the outdoor sunbeds. Eva helped us book restaurants and showed us around the chalet. She was a wealth of knowledge. We really didn’t want to leave when it was time.

Very cozy small hotel, with a nice garden and lobby area. It is close to the center, 10 min walk and right next to the train station. The room was cozy, modern bathroom, and comfortable bed. I would come back again.

The property is facing the lake of Annecy and located in the centre of the old town of Annecy, a couple of paces of the shopping streets. We are also close to the cinemas, theatre and the best restaurants. The view of the lake is excellent, the bedding is comfortable and the decoration of the building during Christmas is very charming

The hotel has no lift but hotel staff is happy to help guests with their luggage if needed. excellent personal, great breackfast, comfortable room(we were in the family suite) and the location couldnt be better(very near from train station and near from old city).

This hotel is located in the heart of Annency, a few steps from the castle. It offers individually-decorated rooms with views of the canals, the medieval castle or the town.

The Palais de l’Isle serves a daily buffet breakfast and guests are invited to relax with a drink in the bar. Guests are also able to purchase snack jars. Hotel is the best spot in town, walk from train station around 10-15 mins but you can enjoyed city while you walk. Room very big, nice and clean. View from terrace is brilliant. Value for money. Staff very helpful and so kind. Around hotel surroundng by restaurant and Gelato.

Guest rooms at the Hotel du Chateau are simply decorated. They are equipped with a private bathroom, a telephone and a TV. Great helpful staff. On my last day I was able to leave my luggage with them. Location right in the center of Annecy.
