Set in a grand Baroque palace with scenic gardens, this 5-star hotel in Bergisch Gladbach offers views as far as Cologne Cathedral. It features free WiFi, award-winning cuisine and a 1000m² spa with pool. I felt like a Queen in this magic, bigger-than-life, palatial palace. The room was big and roomy, breakfast had plenty of selections. Was going to have dinner in the Dali bar because we were hungry but since there was a conference going on, it felt under-staffed so we left and didn't get to experience it.

We love this hotel and have stayed here many times. Great quiet location with wonderful woods all around. Hotel restaurant is excellent but other restaurants are within easy reach with many choices from top class to average.

Location, food, staff. Being a bit off the beaten track we didn't know what to expect of this hotel but it was lovely and the staff very friendly and helpful.
Lovely place and staff. Located in the city center therefore close to all services. We'll take in consideration fo further business trip.
Booked for a weekend to work online and relax. Pristine apartment in a beautiful peaceful surrounding with great routes for running, biking and walking with our dog. Grocery stores only a 10min drive away. The hosts were friendly and super helpful and the apartment beautifully furnished and equipped to the finest detail. Absolute best homestay we have been in and would love to return any time.
Found the place without problem. Staff were lovely, both at reception and in restaurant. Room was as advertised, very clean and comfortable.

The hotel itself is very beautiful! The rooms are big and lovely decorated. Couldn't fault anything with the atmosphere and facilities at all. Spa is also very calming and beautiful. Gym was a little sparse but okay for a hotel.
Room was lovely, I booked the basic room and it was still huge & beautiful. So comfortable. We travelled with our dog and they offered a dog sitting service. Expensive at €25 an hour but lovely to be able to go and enjoy the pool and breakfast without worrying about taking the dog or leaving him in our room. The spa was lovely, the pool and Sauna's very relaxing.
The property was in a great countryside location (station to Cologne accessible within 20 minutes walk), especially if you have a car. The property had lovely staff who made us feel very welcome. The gym is comprehensive and the place has great history. Definitely recommend!
It was very lovely, clean and comfy. We felt very welcomed and had a great stay there. The host is also very nice, helpful and leaves no open wishes. If you like to have a quiet stay and just relax a little this is the spot. Our children were also very happy there and found everything they needed.
Really enjoyed our stay - the swimming pool, sauna and the relaxation area is lovely. the room was exceptional, stylish, elegant but yet very practical and comfortable. the view out of our window was outstanding as well as the surroundings of the hotel. very relaxing and quiet hotel. the breakfast was lovely, staff very friendly but yet not pesky with just enough attention to the guest. and view while having breakfast was amazing too! perfect, thank you!
