It features free WiFi, award-winning cuisine and a 1000m² spa with pool. I felt like a Queen in this magic, bigger-than-life, palatial palace. The room was big and roomy, breakfast had plenty of selections. Was going to have dinner in the Dali bar because we were hungry but since there was a conference going on, it felt under-staffed so we left and didn't get to experience it.

Good, but apples could be higher quality

Free private parking is available on site. A charming small hotel, a quiet and large interestingly decorated room with a large balcony, which unfortunately we could not use due to the weather. Next to the hotel there is a popular restaurant of the same name where you can eat a lot of interesting dishes. Good breakfast, although not included in the price. Very nice owners, whom we remember fondly.
Riesenbeck
Offering a sun terrace and water sports facilities, Privathotel Riesenbeck is situated in Riesenbeck in the North Rhine-Westphalia Region, a 5-minute walk from Teotoburg Forest. There a free private parking is available on site. I just stayed there for one night, came by bike. The bike garage , especially for e bikes , is excellent.👍

The hotel is so charming. Friendly staff (and a hotel dog named Alf!), beautiful dining room with delicious food (especially dinner) and our room was light and airy with a beautiful green view over the courtyard. No bells and whistles in terms of facilities, but you really don't need them. Quick and easy walk to the Dom (and subsequently other attractions). Lovely coffee shop around the corner. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Lovely breakfast with lots of choice. Bars and restaurants are close by with a good choice. Staff were very friendly. Bar staff were excellent. We had a slight problem with door in our room which was quickly solved and we were moved to another room with upgrade. Little walk to domo and Rhine but pleasant
We got upgraded because the room we got was not ready. This new room was very spacious, lots of light. We had to work from the room for two days and it was nice just to be there. The staff was nice and always very quick to act! Internet was very good. Even though is centrally located, we found it quiet and relaxing.
Location only 5 min from the Westfield Centro. Lovely and welcoming host. She was very easy and relaxed. Would definitely stay again.

The Hotel was lovely, clean and well decorated. We were offered an upgrade to a room with a kitchenette. There is always staff in the reception to check in/out, the location is great, in the center of Dortmund and has a grocery shop downstairs.

We used JaRa 1 as a stop-over on a long car journey. It served its purpose exceedingly well. It was comfortable, very clean, and it resulted in a restful stay. Amazingly it contains a sauna which the owners proposed to fire up before our arrival! This being just a one-night stay, we decided not to take advantage of that kind offer. The place has a lovely decor with very ‘peaceful’, relaxing photos on the walls.
We had such an amazing stay here! The lady who welcomed us at the reception was very friendly, and when she found out it was our 1-year anniversary she arranged a bottle of bubbles for us. We stayed in the Asian room, which was lovely. Super comfy bed, and luxury bathroom. The location is stunningly beautiful. Highly recommended!
Absolutely loved the hotel!! I can’t believe how reasonably priced it was for such a lovely space. Located in a cool little neighbourhood too- close to the station and the Dom! The design of the hotel is so lovely & the whole vibe of the place is relaxed and fun. Love all the communal spaces too! There was also a good gym. Perfect stay!
