Styled in Victorian décor, each guest room at The Idlewyld Inn and Spa is appointed with a private bathroom and seating area. A spa bath is featured in select rooms. An excellent buffet breakfast was included in the room rate. Attentive staff topped up coffee and orange juice and the selection of foods was very good, with excellent quality. The house is beautiful and the grounds/flowers well maintained and attractive. After dinner drinks on the patio were lovely. Good internet.

Absolutely an excellent stay at such a unique location, that I don't know anywhere in the states you could find. Super clean, large suites, with friendly staff, even with our very late check in. Downtown location is perfect, many small stores and sight seeing / parks with in walking distance, including a brewery, coffee, book store and banking locations.

Minutes from town and trails. Hosts were excellent and wonderful to speak too

There was so much to see and do inside the hotel that one didn’t have to leave it if they didn’t want to. I would highly recommend staying here.

Stayed at the smallest room in the outer building. Amazing treed courtyard. Room clean, everything you need. They offer complimentary continental breakfast which was a surprise and appreciated (wasn't advertised). Parking is free and plenty. Staff was phenomenal.

We didn't get to use the waterslide because it's only open on the weekends, but how cool is it that there's an indoor waterslide? My kids said it was just like Great Wolf. 😂
