Very helpful staff. I found the surroundings very interesting. I also liked the philosophy of the organization. The things that could make it more comfortable require donations, e.g. upgrade the heating and cooling system. Overall it was good value for an affordable price--and the staff made up for any shortcomings in the facility. They really went out of their way.
Location was amazing, you walk straight out into old town Sacramento. Massive room with views of the Paddle Wheel and Golden Bridge. (honestly think we got the best room) Comfortable bed, huge bathroom.
Staff were great, even when there was issues with the valet. One staff member came out to assist with valet parking when it was very busy.

Service was incredible from the valet to the restaurant and the front desk staff! They really make you feel cared for. Came for my boyfriends birthday and they gave us upgrades and a gift card for food/drinks. Just a wonderful place to stay for special occasions or even a staycation!
We booked the Dream Spa suite and it was so wonderful. The Jacuzzi was great, and the vibe of the room was perfect. The bed was fantastic and we loved the fire in the little nook. It was a perfect getaway for the one night we had, and a romantic little place to spend new years.
