Lovely stay, we had an upgrade to the Lotus room with wonderfull terrace with a beautiful view on Bangkok and outdoor jacuzzi.

The rooms were wonderful & large. We had two rooms on the 16th floor. The views & balconies were great. The bathrooms were perfect. It was a real taste of luxury for our family. The staff were lovely. Everyone from the staff on reception to the cleaning staff were so happy & helpful. The absolute highlight of this hotel was the pool & roof top area. We spent many hours swimming & relaxing.
Such a lovely place to stay if looking for luxury accommodation on a budget. Pool area was so nice to relax and cool off. Little gym with a few multi-purpose machines that overlooks the pool which is a nice touch. Staff on reception were very friendly and welcoming. Very clean and modern - Location was nice and quiet - many places for food within walking distance - shops/ markets etc. Bolt taxis are very acceptable too! Would definitely recommend 😊

Also delighted that the jacuzzi heating working again, it is such an amazing contrast to have the cooling pool and warm jacuzzi. Love relaxing in the pool area with a cocktail after a busy day.

The hotel had decorated our room on arrival (we were on honeymoon). This was a lovely touch.
We also booked the couples massage which was really good.
The pool was nice and we enjoyed the secret cocktail bar in the evening which was great for a pre-dinner drink.
Received a free upgrade to a corner suite, over looking the river! Even had swans and rose petals on the bed, all free of charge for my boyfriends birthday. Was a lovely surprise!
The people. They were very willing to help and made us very welcome. This was part of our honeymoon trip and they ensured we felt special. The pool is lovely and we enjoyed being able to relax. The room was huge with everything we needed. Going to the sky bar is a must but the drinks are very expensive. We stayed for 2 and enjoyed the incredible view.
We were upgraded to a LOVELY suite overlooking the city. The room itself was just stunning.
The Breakfast buffet was one of the largest and most extensive that I have ever seen and everything was fresh and delicious. It was a real treat having our breakfast right on the waterfront.
The staff were very attentive and friendly.
And the pool! Wow! The pool is huge and the area surrounding is just wonderful, a perfect was to relax after exploring the hustle and bustle of hot and humid Bangkok.
