I absolutely loved the hotel. The room was amazing and the breakfast was better than expected. The staff was super helpful and nice. When I checked in, the person who was on duty escorted me to my room so I would have all the information. First time this has happened. The location was excellent, close to very nice restaurants and shops, everything in walking distance. The breakfast was simply the best I've had and the breakfast room was like a palace. Just loved it. The spa is nice and the message was good :)

Staff was really lovely and gentle, they made sure we were comfortable the whole time. Maids also made sure our bedroom was supplied and clean everyday. The neighborhood which the hotel is located can be noisy but we could barely hear the noise from outside. It had blockout and soundproof windows! Location was perfect, we did everything by foot. The bed was super comfy and the breakfast was incredible, the breakfast alone would be a reason to recommend this hotel, but the rest was pretty perfect as well. Big bonus was the friendliness of the staff. We'll come again for sure!
