The location of the hotel is good, with just a short walk to restaurants and the main shopping streets. The breakfast was very good with a great choice of food and delicious hot chocolate! The hotel was just a short taxi ride to the airport which made for a nice start to a very long travel day!

We didn't get to spend much time here, but the staff helped direct us to a hospital when needed and made sure to check how I was doing when my boyfriend arrived back. The beds were comfy and the shower pressure was good but the shower only has 3 heat settings and no holder for the head.
Everything was clean but there was a smell of cleaning powder in the toilet on the first day.
The host, she was exceptionally accomodating, nice, pleasant. The security guards were very nice and professional. The unit itself was very comfortable, clean, spacious, and a beautiful mountain view every morning when you wake up ,no words. Complete amenities in the unit it was like my 2nd home. And the washing machine tops it off. Lots of cupboards too.

Nice rooms and reception area. Clean and rooms were as per the photos. Breakfast was good and we liked that you could sit and relax in the seating area in the evening and day your own food. Most of all the staff were really accommodating, lovely and helpful. Oh and the van and bus stations are literally next door so great location for travelling onwards.
The hotel was fabulous, staff were really nice. The rooftop pool is lovely. Beds were extremely comfortable and spacious rooms! We booked this room purely to stay a night in Cebu before flying the following day.. we had planned on relaxing in a nice hotel and that’s what we did!
