Lovely warm, heat on at night as still chilly nights and came on in morning. Loved that after shower. Also very comfortable double bed. Had good restful sleep. Very clean room, and bathroom, and dining area. Had a very relaxing restful break. Staff very welcoming and friendly. I was warm, when I came back at night, with heat on till after 11 pm, and early morning. Coffeemaker, Kettle, Tea, biscuits in room. Very nice house.

Nice apartment by the funfair and sea. 3/4 beds looked new and were very comfy. The sheets had lovely freshly washed smell. 1 of the days was colder but the rooms heated up quick and was nice and cosy then. We didn't really use the kitchen facilities but seemed to be well equipped and dishwasher tablets,soap etc was provided. Bottle of wine left and some tea/coffee/sugar in the pots. We enjoyed our stay in this apartment and owner was very accommodating and quickly answered and queries.

An Excellent property which had everything you could need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Everything was very clean and of good quality. Paul the owner was super. A lovely welcome pack on arrival was much appreciated. We would love to come back again to this home for another visit.

Holyrood is a great hotel staff were amazing the room was comfortable and clean lovely relaxing hotel and the food in the waterfront bar and grill was amazing and great value for money and definitely be staying again

The staff was amazing, the food was delish and the service was super fast at the restaurant. My boyfriend got to talk to the owner of the Hotel at reception without knowing until the end and he was a lovely man! Defo coming back
