This place was wonderful. The owner Jim went out of his was to make us welcome and comfortable. There was glitch in our plans and Jim went out of his way to get it fixed fot us. It was raining and we got wet and cold-he brought us a heater.that warmed us up. He could not have been more helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. I booked the room for my daughter who was graduating. When she arrived to check in they had upgraded her to the junior suite. In the room they had a slice of cake that said ‘congratulations’ on the plate. It made her feel so special. Perfect ending to a lovely day. Thank you to the staff! The junior suite was spacious with a jacuzzi bath, fab room!

I booked a double room but was upgraded to the presidential suite. I had been travelling alot that day and was extremely tired by the time I reached the hotel so to get such an amazing room was unexpected but was delighted. I was able to fully relax in the jacuzzi bath and lounge in the living space enjoying a glass of wine in the bathrobe and slippers provided. I highly recommend the hotel.

Everything from arrival to checking out was easy and relaxed. The lovely Clodagh on reception informed us of an upgrade to a suite which didn't disappoint with a beautiful view of the river, cathedral and castle. The room service was first class and very professional. The food was delicious and plentiful. I have already recommended to my friends and work colleagues
