This hotel was in a convenient location close to supermarkets, shops and restaurants. It was about 30 minutes’ walk from the port. Our room was spacious and clean. The reception was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of dishes.

A wonderful hotel!
We were passing through Volos, and the hotel’s location is excellent - everything is nearby: restaurants, the port, and the bus station. The reception staff were fantastic and polite, and the breakfasts were delicious. The value for money is excellent.

Lovely first floor room in a historic mansion in Portaria. The village centre is less than 5 minutes' walk away and contains a lot of the restaurants, cafes, shops and the bus stop to Volos. The breakfast was excellent (particularly the selection of local teas), the staff were helpful and there is a nice pool for cooling off after hiking.

The property is located very close to the center of Volos, about a 10 minute walk and there is free parking around if you manage to find a spot which was very easy. The host was very friendly and attentive and she made sure to leave us cold water, coffee and a bottle of wine, although we were staying only for one night. The apartment was modern and stylishly furnished, equipped with anything that you might need. I would definitely recommend Empress Luxury Residences to anyone looking for the perfect place to stay in Volos. :)
Lovely staying at the hotel. Stuff is very open and ready to help. Everything clean, and extra effort is included so that guests would feel great. Very clean. Few meters from the beach, and relaxed atmosphere is on each step. Really plesant stay.
The Apartment was absolutely wonderful! Beautifuly furnished, perfectly equipped in all what you could imagine that you may need - full breakfast products in the fridge, sweets, drinks, bottle of wine, coffee maker with capsules.. Bathroom with all necessary staff, and wash&dry mashine, which was very helpful for our family after one week stay on Alonissos. It was comfortable and quiet - perfect rest for our family. The owner was lovely and extremely helpful. The best option in Volos when you want to feel like home.
I loved staying in this little apartment! It was very clean and tidy with plenty of amenities. The bed was comfortable and the roof terrace was lovely for relaxing in the evening. Everything was perfect, with plenty of coffee shops and supermarkets nearby. The owner was very helpful and friendly and helped me find a dentist nearby for an emergency appointment - thank you so much!!
I asked for a sea view room on the fourth floor. It was was spacious and clean with lovely sea views. Moreover it was exceptionally quiet which meant I enjoyed a very relaxing stay after a long journey. The breakfast room is wonderful; light, bright and welcoming with sea views. There is a superb selection of food, attentive and smiling staff and FABULOUS coffee.
