Room was excellent as was the pool area and everywhere else too - having breakfast on the roof (traditional Greek served by lovely staff) was a real treat. Nothing was too much trouble for the reception staff either - a great bunch of lads who made our stay fun every time we spoke to them. 15 minute downhill walk into Rethymno. Would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of visiting Crete. Cannot fault it.

Modern hotel with a very spacious room, comfortable bed and very well equipped bathroom. The pool is good size with a reasonable number of sun beds and casual bar available all day . We liked the rooftop bar and restaurant area for sunset. Great choice of food for breakfast.

The single room was pretty comfortable. Good bed, good shower and unmatched location, those are my priorities and they were all met.

The room was nice, the bed was comfortable, the view generally amazing. Staff were pleasant. Lots of choices at breakfast. A shallow lagoon over the road is good for kids but the beach has a little rubbish.
Centrally situated in Old Rethymno Town, right on the seafront, this property is just opposite the beach. It features air-conditioned rooms with free wired and Wi-Fi internet.

The location was great, being in the old town but also overlooking the sea. The rooms were very clean, great shower too. The shutters/doors shut out most of the noise from the lively bars below.

It's our honeymoon, but we didn’t notice the resort in advance: our room had been upgraded free to a rooftop room with jacuzzi, and they also gifted us a bottle of pink for our honeymoon, what a sweet surprise! Every one is very kind and caring. The location is far from downtown of Rethymno, but the resort has its own beach, which is very calm and keep from crowds. Hope we have chance to be here again in the future!
Staff were absolutely fantastic! Almost felt like we made friends with them. They upgraded us to a lovely room which just made things extra special - since me and my girlfriend were celebrating.
Food was brilliant and they always accommodated for Ellie who is Coeliac. An amazing spread giving us plenty of fresh options.
Our confidence in this place has confirmed that we want this to be our regular getaway for a relaxing summer vacation. I hope it stays consistent.

We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to the hotel’s new rooms. The room was lovely - modern, clean, and well equipped. The hotel pool setting overlooking the beach is glorious, we loved spending time relaxing on the lounges. The location suited us well, with restaurants easy walking distance nearby, or the option of a ~50min walk or 6 euro taxi into the old town for a change of scenery and some more variety in options. We also found the majority of the staff very warm and helpful!
The hotel is full of character and charm, the bedrooms are decorated very nicely. The lighting in the bedrooms is very romantic and relaxing. Good aircon in the room and a fridge.

I got upgraded to a Luxury room upon arrival (which was a blessing for the morning I’d had), the room was beautiful, tasteful and well equipped. The building itself is great, with a stone arch and a central light well upon the staircase, heavy timber doors and marble bathroom.
I thank again the manager Angelika for being lovely and really kind to me, and kudos to her for the breakfast selection, everything was so good!
Definitely book this hotel, you will not be disappointed!

The beach is directly across the street and there are many good restaurants nearby.
It is a nice walk of 2 km along the beachpromenade into the city senter. Taxis are nearby if you don’t want to walk.
We spent two wonderful weeks in Rethymno and VaSan suite. The house was perfect for our needs, very good standard, big enough for a family of four, a lovely backyard with a jacuzzi and such a nice haust who made sure we were having a wonderful time and were there for our disposal. We arrived late at night and the haust met us with a home made Greek meal and a bottle of wine at the house. It was such a treat! The house was located in the quiet part of old time but just a few steps away from the shops and restaurants.
We stayed at Neratze Hammam Suites for our honeymoon in April 2022. The Executive suite was absolutely stunning. It had a fantastic balcony with a view across a lovely square in the center of the old town, with a lower level that had a fantastic private hot tub. The staff were absolutely amazing and went out of their way to make sure we had a lovely time. The location of the flat is fantastic, so central with amazing bars and restaurants right outside the door. Perfect place for a romantic getaway we couldn't recommend enough !!!!!!
