A fabulous family hotel. from the moment when we arrived through to departure, the staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. The food was excellent and the kids loved the buffet and cooked breakfast. Unfortunately, the playground was not yet in service (after a major renovation) but we had a great time in the outside heated pool, playroom etc The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is old and a bit shabby but fantastic for a relaxing holiday with kids (and dogs!)

A spacious and very comfortable b&b. The bed was a little hard for me, but that is my preference. A huge, beautiful sitting room to relax in. A lovely dining room, with more than ample, well cooked breakfasts! Alison the server is a ray of sunshine! Kate the owner is a lovely host and nothing is too much trouble!! Very good value for money. An excellent stay and we will return!

I stayed in the Louisa Lodge, lovely spacious room felt really comfortable and relaxed. I wasn't sure what to expect staying in the lodge instead of the main hotel but it really didn't make any difference about a minutes walk through the garden to get to main hotel, for the bar and Breakfast. Breakfast was excellent and good value for money. All the staff were friendly, approachable and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent quick easy access to the main town centre and of course the beach!

The location was fantastic. Contacting the host was so easy, answered back almost immediately and was so helpful. The apartment its self met every expectation and far more, was so relaxed and comfortable staying here, would highly recommend and will definitely be returning soon. The apartment was so very well stocked for all your needs, in the kitchen, bathroom toiletries, lounge games. Welcome gift packs was a lovely thoughtful touch.

Amazing hospitality from all the staff. The Encombe room was comfy, spacious and with uninterrupted view of the sea, you could truly marvel at the gorgeous backdrop whilst relaxing having a glass of wine on the balcony. The food for both breakfast and dinner was first class. Lovely little touches like the slippers and dressing gown. Our night stay felt truly indulgent!

Such a lovely space to spend a few days. We loved everything, and Ionela even left us a bottle of wine. She was the perfect hostess. The place is decorated really lovely, the beds are comforable, It is in the perfect location in Swanage close to the centre, but up a hill so quiet! There is also a sunny outdoor space with table and chairs. This place is highly recommended, and we hope to return.
