Situated just a 7-minute walk from London Liverpool Street Station, Batty Langley's features beautiful rooms with antique furniture, heavy silk curtains and quirky bathrooms. Located in a cobbled street in London's trendy Spitalfields, the iconic Gherkin building is 13 minutes' stroll away and Old Spitalfields Market is a 3-minute walk away.

This is a very special hotel in a 18th/19th century style and furniture with modern comforts. We slept in a bed with 1676 carved into it. I particularly liked the antique bathroom fittings, the standalone bath with a copper shower surround. The sitting room with an honesty bar and the library were great to relax in. David

My stay at '41' during the Christmas period was nothing short of magical. The hotel's proximity to Buckingham Palace added to the charm. The staff outdid themselves, creating an unforgettable holiday experience — from the warm welcome in their executive lounge, reminiscent of a prestigious private members' club, to the exceptional hospitality and thoughtful Christmas presents. They made me feel more like a cherished guest than just a client. Additionally, the room's incredible style and comfort were the icing on the cake of a truly memorable stay. By the way, I am extremely grateful to the staff for staying until around 2 o'clock in the morning on Christmas Day, allowing me to enter and replacing the key I forgot in my room before leaving. You truly created a small Christmas miracle by saving me from being stranded in London that night. Cheers!

Overlooking private, secluded gardens, this 4-star luxury hotel offers 2 restaurants, an on-site gym and 2 sun rooms. Russell Square Underground Station is a 4 minute walk away.

The Blue Door Bistro offers a modern, yet classic British menu. Guests can enjoy afternoon tea in the sun room or cocktails in the cosy Terrace Bar. During the summer months, the hotel offers al fresco dining in a peaceful and secluded space overlooking the gardens. The Garden Grill features a selection of mouth-watering à la carte dishes and barbecues cooked from the grill.

Superb staff. Great location. Wonderful room, and the bathroom was perfect. Many nice little touches and amenities throughout thehotel. Dinner and high tea in the "conservatory" overlooking the garden was especially nice. This is will be my go-to hotel on future trips to London.

This is my second time staying here with my boyfriend and it’s an ideal London hotel. The location is great, close to some amazing restaurants and bars and on top of that having jin bo law there is amazing. We were very kindly upgraded to a suite and were given treats and a bottle of wine to celebrate our anniversary. Little things down to having makeup wipes and toothbrush in the bedroom were lovely touches. Bed is also super comfy!! Love staying here!! Thank you again!! Staff went above & beyond and it made the trip really special!

Stayed at Sunborn before. So, it seemed the perfect choice for our honeymoon. Everything is perfect from staff to room to food. As such a special occasion, I upgraded to a cabin with a balcony. Although chilly in January but was lovely to sit out for a while after breakfast taking in the view and relaxing. Breakfast was included in our stay and was amazing. A good selection from hot food to cereals, continental and toast. We've decided to book again for our first anniversary.

Relaxed atmosphere, staff were always welcoming and on hand if needed. Hotel location was great, we were able to walk to most attractions that we wished to see. Breakfast was good, buffet serving dishes were refreshed in a timely manner. We had a room upgrade, organised for our 30th wedding anniversary, which was decorated with balloons and a banner for our arrival, by our daughters. News of our anniversary was passed on to the staff at breakfast time, who congratulated us, this was a lovely touch, which we fully appreciated.
