Everything was done to the highest standard from decorating, to bedding, breakfast, room furniture and fittings. Lovely comfy bed. Location is perfect and Richard and Mark are the perfect hosts. We felt they went out of the way to make our stay special. We got a room upgrade, a card and chocolates because we told them it was our anniversary. So kind 😍

Reburbished throughout, very stylish, very clean, in a nice area. Superb breakfasts, excellent restaurant for lunch and dinner. Nice places to sit and relax, both indoors and out, all-day service from the bar. Lovely friendly staff. A few seconds stroll to (pebble) beach with beach shack or, less than a minute in opposite direction, little parade of restaurants, cafes, seaside shops. We will very likely return.

I loved everything about the property. Beautifully decorated, chic, modern with luxury trimmings. I loved the option of having breakfast in bed or in the beautiful lounge with sea views. Mark and the lovely morning breakfast host were wonderful at their am & pm roles. I loved my room, and this guest house definitely gives little Hampton a touch of style.

Absolutely gorgeous decor, spotlessly clean and breakfast in bed- what’s better than fresh croissants and fresh fruit brought to your room every morning? Right next to the beach, gorgeous views from the sea view rooms and parking is directly opposite so super easy to get around. Richard and Mark are wonderful hosts, so many good recommendations on places to eat and explore. Lovely bit of luxury on the south coast!
