The staff were all very friendly, particularly the older gentleman at breakfast (I don't know his name). The room was comfy. The ambience of the hotel with its Tudor heritage, walking in and smelling the wood fire. Use of the pool.

Great location and was quiet off season. Just 5 minutes from station. Everything was well provided in the room. Breakfast was superb with plenty of choice both continental and cooked.

The staff were incredibly polite, kind and accommodating. The breakfast was absolutely gorgeous. The beds and pillows really comfortable. We had a lovely stay.
We like everything about the hotel the pool is good. The Spa is amazing and the girls are fantastic. Always a relaxing feeling. The food and bar is lovely and so are the staff. We have stayed here 4 times and will be going back soon, we had the presidential suite, it was so worth the money ( needs a little updating) it was our anniversary the staff made it special with swans and petals on the bed plus a bottle of red wine. The reception staff are so welcoming and always smiling. Thank you for an amazing anniversary you made it special ❤️
Staff were lovely and gave clear instructions on room and WiFi and times for breakfast

This hotel has everything you want, a warm and friendly welcome, a clean room with tea making facilities, a new luxury shower, with natural shower gel, hand wash and body cream that smelt lovely, the swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi was just what we needed after our long journey. We didn’t eat at the restaurant this time but we’ve always had great food when we have
Very opulent, clean and comfortable. The food was very good, in fact my friend said her steak was the best she’d ever had! And she’s eaten a lot of steaks! The leisure club was fab! Very large pool with jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. The buffet breakfast was delicious and plentiful.
We both had a beauty treatment. My therapist was a total ray of sunshine! Abbey was lovely! Also the lady that worked in the bar and restaurant (dark hair in a pony tail and glasses) was so lovely! Overall a fab relaxing stay in a great hotel. I will be back!
I loved the location, the hotel is amazing and the staff are 100% attentive and their attention to detail is flawless. I am a coeliac and they were very organised from the moment I went to the restaurant for dinner. Our room was beautiful with lovely views and an ideal room to celebrate our anniversary in it was both romantic and quiet.
