The couple who run Victoria Villa guesthouse have shown great hospitality attending to all my needs. The rooms are clean, nicely decorated and well furnished. Breakfast is lovely and included in the price of your stay. I would highly recommend Victoria Villa. Bonus mention to Katie the resident labrador, she's very relaxed and very rarely barks. I've found she doesn't like to move out of your way but this is usually remedied with a few gentle strokes which she clearly enjoys!

Very close to the pier, fantastic walk along the coast to Holland on Sea and on to Walton on the Naze.. Have never seen so many beautiful, colourful and different beach huts. You won't need your car. Just leave it in front of the hotel. Quiet room, you can hear the sea gulls in the morning...lovely! Hot shower! Relaxing!

Upon arrival we were met by a lovely receptionist and the booking in process was easily completed. The room and its facilities were first class. The bar area was a really nice place to relax. The food and the staff were excellent. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at the Kingscliff and hope to stay there again at some point.

My husband and myself have been here before. But this time it was a late anniversary celebration. We got to the hotel And booked in and was asked what our plans were so we told them it was a late anniversary celebration. We got showed to our room . And 15 minutes later a knock on the door. The host had brought us a card and balloon and a bottle of champagne 🍾 It was such a lovely gift . I cant find any faults with this place 100% perfect
